Our stay here was just what we expected. Elaine was extremely nice. The apartment was very clean and very convenient to our needs in town. My only disappointment was the sound coming from the upstairs apartment. We could hear conversations and people walking around. The upstairs guests did not have large crowds or parties, just a standard level of chatter and movement. If you're looking to sleep in, this would be quite disruptive and would not be an ideal rental. WTS, we would still stay there again in the future.

We had a nice couple of days in Lincoln. We went to the ice castles which were 7 minutes away. Perfect location.

Our family of four was very comfortable here. It was clean and comfortable. Close to loon and walking distance from restaurants. Thanks so much. The owner was very attentive and helpful.

Overall, this property felt safe and adequate for a quick stay, but it needs a little work to be a viable option for longer that. It’s a downstairs unit and there must not be any insulation between the upper and lower floor because it is SHOCKINGLY loud if there is anyone upstairs. Our upstairs neighbors must have been packing at 10:45pm because it was over an hour of thumps and crashes and rolling luggage. It was impossible to sleep through and woke up my 12 year old from a deep sleep. The owner was very responsive when I reached out, but there isn’t much that can be done at that point. Thankfully, there was no one upstairs the second night. Other than that, there’s just a some doors that don’t open or close well, the living space is very small with not much seating, and the kitchen is awkward. For a group of young people who just need somewhere to stay, I’m sure this would be fine, but it’s not really a great option for families.

Had a wonderful stay! This property is perfectly located and convenient. It also has fast wifi, which made working from home a breeze. Elaine was very responsive and helpful!

This property was perfect for my son and I for a weekend ski adventure @ Loon. Bedrooms were phenomenal and main area was quite comfy. Kitchen area was a bit on the smaller side but, overall, this property could easily accommodate family of 4. Only caution would be that this is a first floor property with a separate living space on the 2nd floor. We noticed sounds from people moving upstairs - but it didn’t impact the quality of our stay in the least. Extremely clean property, centrally located to everything you’d need yet quietly tucked away from all the action. Owner made the experience very easy with fantastic communication!!! Would absolutely consider this property again for future stay!!

We arrived really late, but the host made check in easy for us. Everything was super clean, cozy, and peaceful. Comfortable for a longer term stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook. Normally we make breakfast and coffee but we didn't get to on this trip. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. Wifi was perfect. The location is unbeatable! I'd stay here again.
