Outdoor amenities are an outside shower, permanent grill, screen porch, sun deck, covered porch, floating dock. This is strictly a ****NON SMOKING*** & ***NO PETS *** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.

This home was just perfect. Very clean, nicely furnished, very roomy, great balconies and decks. Big kitchen and dining table. The family who owns it left little helpful notes around the house that made you feel very welcome. Felt like we were guests instead of renters. The walk to the beach was short. Maybe 500 yards. The breeze off the canal keeps the back decks nice and comfy, and you can see and hear the ocean from the top deck.
We will be back!
