Warren Beach Rentals invites you to Koinonia At The Beach!!, Koinonia At The Beach (Fellowship house) will soon be your favorite beach house in the best 30A location. BRAND NEW FROM FLOORS TO CEILING, INSIDE AND OUT IN 2021!! Brand NEW total remodel in March 2021!! This beautiful 2300 sq ft home has new paint in and out, new custom bathrooms in both master bedrooms, refinished floors, new kitchen countertops, new furniture, TVs, and new pool pumps and heater. This Private home was artfully curated and lovingly decorated with custom high end appointments throughout. This 30A home affords renters a high degree of comfort and privacy rarely found in this area. It is a very short walk to the public beach access, so getting to and from the beach is NEVER a problem. This home has a generous pool deck with incredibly private pool that is quite large and can be heated in cool weather for an additional fee, or, sneak out to the cozy screened in balcony for an afternoon nap or hear the rain fall onto the exposed metal roof, it is an amazing restorative oasis. There is a grill and outdoor table for dining. Also a custom 3 hole putting green in the back yard to hone your skills, putters included. Parking for 4 vehicles, we can accommodate your parking needs, a rarity on 30A. As you enter the home, there is a generous living room and sitting area on the entry level along with a Brand New kitchen with new marble countertops, and eat in dining area that seats six along with ample bar seating for four. The house is set up for your group with 4 bedrooms, and 4 full baths, so no one has to share. The main level offers a King master with brand new ensuite bath with stand alone tub and separate custom shower. Bedroom 2 downstairs has 2 sets of twin bunks and attached bath. There is also a washer and dryer down. This beach house is amazing. We’ve stayed in several in the area and this was our favorite by far. It was as described, the management company was quick to answer any questions for us, the home was very clean upon arrival. The private pool was wonderful. Beach access was close. Plenty of room for everyone and each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower.

My bridesmaids and I spent an incredible and perfect long weekend in this house. The house itself was beautiful and perfect for a group of 9 adults. We especially spent the bulk of our time by the pool, and we made some of our best memories swimming and hanging out by the incredibly private pool area. The location was perfect to restaurants and stores, and a very convenient walk to the beach. The beach was beautiful and quaint and I couldn’t have asked for a better trip to celebrate my future marriage!

Great property! Loved the porches and backyard. Heated pool was awesome! Layout was perfect for 2 families. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are spacious. Short walk to the beach. I highly recommend Warren Beach Rentals!

Koinonia was exactly as pictured on their website. Spacious enough for family time as well as everyone having their own space. Pool is a decent size for a rental house and beach is less than a 5 min walk. Convenient to all shopping and restaurants.

Went for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and the house was perfect! It was raining 2 days while we were there but the house gave us a great place to hang out and celebrate the future bride!

My older daughters 44 and 41 hosted a Girlfriend Bachelorette party for their 31 year old little sister and 12 of her friends. They said everything was clean, so "perfect" and plenty of beds and bathrooms! Great LR for watching movies, close to everything! and loved the pool area! Thank you so much! I'm hoping to rent for MY girlfriends after the wedding!!

This home was perfect for our family. The 5 minute walk to the beach was so easy and we had fun searching for crabs, playing in the sand and viewing gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. . We loved having our private pool and spent lots of time swimming. The house is very nice and equipped with all you need. Great stay at Koinonia at the Beach!

A wonderful stay at an absolutely lovely house.
We enjoyed 4 nights (not enough!) at Koinonia on the Beach. The house is as pictured and is absolutely lovely. The bedrooms are big and the bathrooms are fabulous. The kitchen is pretty well appointed with plenty of glassware and dishes, a good and complete set of pans, and a decent set of knives.
The proximity to the beach is amazing! The walk only took us about 5 minutes to get to the beach gate. Close enough to come back for a restroom break or to grab more snacks! The use of beach wagon, chairs, and beach toys was also appreciated. The beach wagon was a total gamechanger!
The outdoor area of the house is wonderful...plenty of seating, 2 big umbrellas for shade, the putting green which was amazing, and the pool itself is a great size and has a nice shelf in the shallow end that's good for little kids (or other non-swimmers). The screened porch was nice, too; a great place to hang out.
We had a couple of maintenance issues but the communication/handling by the management company was perfect. They were quick to respond and did their best to address and keep us informed. I cannot say enough good things. Even though they were not able to fix an issue, they made it right and were so great to communicate with.
We cannot wait to return. We come to the area each year and usually stay at a different place every time, but we will hopefully stay at this house from now on. Honestly, it was really great.
The only cons I would share:
• Mattresses and pillows could stand to be upgraded. They're not terrible but all 4 of us commented on the opportunity for improvement.
• There are a few items in disrepair (broken cabinet hinge, that kind of thing) but nothing that really takes away any enjoyment.
• Dining space could be tight with a big group

The perfect house for a vacation on 30A!
WOW! This was our first time vacationing in the area of 30A, and we were blown away with the house! The Koinonia house was absolutely perfect for what we needed. A very short walk to the beach made beach days a breeze! The house was clean and decorated perfectly! We stayed with two other families, so we absolutely loved that each bedroom had an en suite bathroom! The use of the pool toys and beach chairs was such a great perk also!

The only problem we noticed was the bathrooms specially the toilets were very dirty and we had to clean them as well as sweep the floors. Also the dryer has a loose gasket inside that stained all of our clothes. We called maintenance but never went back to fix the problem. We had a great family vacation.

The prior renters appeared to be destructive and messy. The unit was not cleaned and serviced prior to our 5:00 pm arrival. It took us a while to contact someone. They arranged for service but it was 7:30 before we could access the unit. It was rough on the family members who had traveled 10 hours and still had to wait over an hour to unload. It put a distasteful start on what eventually turned out to be a good week.
