Infested with bees, called several times and left messages. Was there a week no call back.. the mattresses were older than me. The remotes didn’t work on tvs, It’s a nice area but the yard sale decor needs an upgrade.

The property is a great location to the main strip. Walkable to many restaurants and bars. Clean and comfortable. Did not have a remote for the larger bedroom so television could not be used. Called prooerty but no response. Water pressure a bit low in shower but able to be used. Parking conveniently in front of building. All in all, a nice stay.

Everything was good except the temperature in the apartment. The air conditioning does not keep the living room/kitchen cool. It was probably around 78 to 80 degrees in that area of the apartment in the afternoon and evening

We were excited that we were able to book this property for our getaway to this area. We stayed here last year and enjoyed it so much that we wanted to return to the area. We like that we can get out and walk down the strip but also be at the end of the strip. We were having trouble with the tv, and property owner was going to send someone right over, but my husband winded up fixing the issue. We definitely would recommend this property to others.

This spot was perfect for us. The house was as expected. I read the reviews thoroughly before I booked and it was exactly as I expected when we arrived. Clean and all things needed for our stay. Although I would prefer a coffee maker over a k cup, we made it work. It was really warm in the living space but the bedroom was cool with the A.C unit. I couldn’t imagine summer months there, it would be quite warm. It was centrally located for everything we wanted. We could walk to lots of restaurants and parks. The drive to wineries were easily accessible as well as other sites. This was our first time in the area and it was wonderfully peaceful and relaxing. We were there when kids were back in school and the majority of tourism was gone. That being said the strip was pretty well buttoned up but it was still an enjoyable walk to see all the nostalgia of a small town. Reminded us of our county fair. The fire pit area was FANTASTIC for the evenings for us. The supply of wood is endless and it was hard slow burning wood not the bundles you buy along the road. We also made the best of a rainy day by finding covered bridges. That was fun and really cool as Ashtabula county has many. Will definitely make another trip. It was a great 30th anniversary for us. Thank you!!

My 2 sisters and I enjoyed the location at the end of the strip. Quiet in the evening but a very short walk away from all the shops, bars, and restaurants. The chairs around the fire pits encouraged relaxing and talking with other guests in the evening

This apartment is very hot. I was there end of June/first of July. The description does say it has A/C; however the A/C is a window unit in each bedroom. The living area has no A/C, 1 window opens and has a screen, 2 windows do not open, and the last window opens but the screen is the wrong size leaving a huge gap allowing bugs to get in and bite you; window in bathroom does not open either. Super hot and uncomfortable. There was food on the carpet, dishes were dirty, K-cup left in the Keurig, and I had to clean it before I felt comfortable using it. Nice location though. Might have been better during cooler months.

This is my second time at Geneva on the Lake and the second time renting a place from owner Matt. He keeps his property’s up and fully stocks them. We didn’t have to ask for a thing if you needed it, it was there. It’s as pictured and just the right size to be comfortable. I really can’t say enough. I’m already looking to book again next year.

Very comfortable cottage with several amenities allowing us to make our own breakfast and drink coffee out on porch in the morning and grill our steak dinner at night. Loved the firepits and made s'mores one of the nights. Lots of space for the two of us. It was an enjoyable location to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary. Thank you so much.

Good value compared to other rentals in area. Inside stairs to rental unit are fairly steep and stair treads are not very deep. Would not recommend for people who have some mobility issues to climb and descend stairs.

We stayed during a meet at Spire in March. The town is basically shut down in the winter. But the apartment was very clean, well supplied and perfect for what we needed. I had a hard time getting the inside temperature right but we made do. Access was easy. Apt was exactly as described. At the last minute before leaving my house, I packed a bunch of items in case they were not at the apt. But they were. Really everything we needed was there. :) Thank you.

The property was perfect!! We walked into a clean apartment cutely decorated with fall decorations. The place was well stocked with everything you need from kitchen, bathroom, extra seating, bedroom.. NOTHING we said “I wish we had that with us”. The location was perfect, easy to get where you need to by foot. If I needed anything, Matt messaged me within minutes! It was a perfect place to getaway to, it was our ‘home sweet home’ for the weekend!!

With a last minute booking we were very please with this rental. It was perfect for my husband & I, but also had an extra bedroom. The unit is all you need to enjoy the lake & the strip. Accommodation had everything we needed to cook, relax, shower & sleep comfortably. Little balcony was great for morning coffee, which was supplied. Thank goodness for air condition. A few minor request from host & they immediately replied. Other than the air conditioner in main bedroom was a bit noisy , this place was perfect for the price. We plan to stay here again.
