About this condo rental
Situated in Indian Rocks Beach, this attractive condo for $308 per night is a great option for your next break. 4 FREE daily water park passes and parking for one car is included! Just a 3/5 minute walk to the BEACH! This 3/2 condo comes with access to Splash Harbour Water Park which is onsite. It is close to many restaurants, family friendly activities. Great views of intracoastal from the unit's private 8th floor balcony. A fully stocked kitchen that includes pots/pans, dishes and even a stackable washer and dryer. A great place to bring the whole family.! The condo comes with 4 full access passes to the water park. Additional passes can be purchased at a 50% discount for staying in the condo. Please note, the pool is part of the water park. No passes are needed from 6 pm to 10 pm when the slides and lazy river close. A fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, WIFI, 4 daily water park passes are included and up to 6 additional passes can be purchased at a 50% discount. Right on the Intracoastal and a 3 minute walk to the beach. You will have access to all the amenities this resort has to offer. I am available through messaging. The Water Park is on the premises, and the unit is located on the Intracoastal, it is a 3 minute walk to Indian Rocks Beach, named one of the Top Beaches in the World! Boat and Bike rentals are available closeby, with tons of restaurants, live entertainment, ice cream and candy shoppes. There is a trolley that will take you up and down the coast for a daily minimal fee. The host will provide you with the start up of toilet paper, paper towels, a laundry/dishwasher pod, a garbage bag and hand soap. It is up to you to provide whatever else is needed for your stay. You will need to bring the water park passes to the gift shop to have them scanned and receive a wrist band. The band needs to be worn while at the park. It is there that you can purchase up to 6 additional passes at a 50% discount. THE POOL IS PART OF THE PARK. you will need to have on a wrist band at the pool until the park closes and then a wrist band is no longer required. Trash closet is located next to the elevator. Should the one elevator that goes to the 8th floor be down, please note, there are 2 elevators located in the front building that will take you to the 5th floor then you will have to take the stairs up to the 8th floor. Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months, and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures. Due to our high occupancy rate, sorry, but we cannot offer early check-ins or late check-outs. We kindly ask that you please refrain from asking for either an early check-in or a late check-out.

This was a great property! The kids, 11, 11, and 8 stayed busy for hours in the water park, which was heated, and were exhausted in the evening. I rated 4 for check in only because the elevator was down and we had to carry lots of luggage up 8 flights of stairs. It was fixed quickly and the company was very responsive with any questions. Lots of places to eat within walking distance and a CVS. Our kids loved their Christmas present, thank you!!

The unit we stayed in was exactly what we needed. The perfect size for 6 of us. The master bathroom water pressure could have been better. Blackout curtains would help in the bedrooms.

The Condo and Waterpark were great. Just as expected from the listing. Our family enjoyed our stay and will probably vacation and stay here again.
The only problem we had was that the Elevator that goes to floors 6-8 stopped working on our second day there. It was still not fixed when we left. This could be a real problem if we would have had any elderly or disabled people in our group.

Overall property was perfect for our needs. There were a few minor issues (icemaker was inadequate, couple of lights not working), but overall very comfortable. Views were amazing. Location was within walking distance of beach and many other amenities. We would stay there again.

We had a little family get together and this was the perfect location for us. It is so close to everything and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Right across the street is the beach with easy access. This unit had plenty of beach stuff for us to use. The unit itself was very nice and met all our needs. My only suggestion would be blackout curtains for the bedrooms. Gets really bright in the morning. We loved the balcony overlooking the intercostal and has Gulf views. The best of both worlds. Also there were public docks right next to the building that my brother just pulled up the boat and we could get on. The water park was a nice bonus for the kids and even the adults enjoyed it. Overall just a great spot to visit.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It has beautiful views, plenty of space for you and your family. We had six adults and three children. It is a very convenient walk to the beach and the condo provides all the fun beach supplies needed. Another perk is the attached water park with mini golf and restaurant! And it is in such a fun area. My only regret is that we weren’t able to stay any longer. Would highly recommend!

Property was extremely clean, and beautifully decorated. The adults loved sitting on the balcony in the morning to to enjoy a coffee or tea and the kids had a blast at the water park. Would definitely recommend.

Our family was disappointed in our stay here. When we arrived floor was leaking in the kitchen as you entered it a was peeling. We had ants all over the kitchen on the counter tops and walls. Place was dirty and needs updating. Elevator worked when it wanted to. Sheets in one of the bedrooms were dirty an we did see what appeared to be blood or red paint in the living room.

Size of this 3 bedroom was perfect for our family. There was no pool access until after 6 without a wristband or paying for a wristband outside of the 4 provided. This was very inconvenient and should be told to those who stay here. I really didn’t want to have to pay $20 a day just tto be on the pool deck with my family so they could be at the splash park. The pool was open only to those without wristbands after 6:00. The property should work out a better system for that. But this is not the Vrbo’s fault. it is out of their control. Maybe if the unit sleeps 10- have 10 bands. I didn’t find out we would have to pay extra for each person until after I paid.And we didn’t know there was no pool or pool deck access until after arrival. (according to above comments) That was a let down, but everything else was spot on!

The 3 bedroom condo was great. 1 of the rooms had it's own access which would have been nice if we had the extra key card for it. We probably could have gotten it had we requested it but it wasn't that important. The view was awsome. The only complaint is the elevator was broken and we had to go up and down 3 flights of stairs. Some of the stair landings had standing water we had to walk through. But we never complained to anyone or I am sure they would have taken care of it. The staff was very nice and accomadating.

Water park should have prorated rates for multiple days for parents of small kids. There was zero shade for relief from the heat unless you reserve months in advance as told to us by management.
Restaurant only had two servers, waited for 90 minutes with half the food not even coming out.

Wonderful Weekend
Great place for a family getaway! The accommodations are perfect for lots of family fun! We had everything we needed at the condo from cookware to big beach towels to children’s books. Any questions we had were promptly answered by the property manager. With a water park downstairs and the beach across the street, it’s hard not to have a good time!
