Did not get information how to get in. Had to park car on sidewalk and eventually was able to alert a cleaning person to notify manager to let us in - very frustrating. Dis not get response to texting or phone calls. Was told we were notified on Whatsapp but as we were travelling, did not have wifi. MUST have better way to get access

Everything was beyond what i was expecting. Decoration of the apartment was excellent, it was all equipped with what you need. Large and clean bedrooms and very large living area. 15 min.walk to Grand Place,very good guest relation from Has and Gonca. Again R213? Definetly yes :)

This was my 3rd trip to the legendary Reggae Geel Festival and whilst searching online for somewhere to stay in Brussels I came across R213 Residences, which looked like great apartments even if it was a 10 min subway journey to the city centre. The apartments well very well presented and had all of the creature comforts and then some that one could hope for in a short-, medium- or long-term stay, the beds were super comfortable and a range of medium to firm pillows were provided which is so important to ensure a good nights or days sleep. We were met at the property by our hosts and given access codes to the property and the respective rooms, which had an amazing amount of space and were some of the largest apartments that I have stayed in anywhere in the World, including the USA which is renowned for its super-size in all things. Both of our apartments had great views and clean and spacious bathrooms and bedrooms, which as a seasoned traveller, I can tell you is a really important standard for any apartment or hotel room to meet as a minimum to ensure a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend R213 Residences in the Botanique district of Brussels, with a well-stocked supermarket literally 5 mins walk away and the Botanique subway stop a 10 min walk away. Our hosts Serge and Has stayed in contact during our stay to ensure that we were comfortable and that all our needs were met and catered for, thank you very much guys for all of your support and hosting us so graciously. Limited choice of dining out options in the local facility, although the hotel across the road was fairly good for coffee and breakfast, well worth checking out.

Apartment was extremely clean and really spacious. Everything seemed so new inside it was lovely. Check in was easy and the host even provided some balloons and banners for my mums birthday which was a lovely touch. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the best place I stayed in Brussels! Very clean, comfortable and sufficiently equipped for a long stay. You even have a booklet with all the information about restaurants, distances, how to classify waste, everything you need. The apartment looks exactly as it is in the pictures. Check in and check out is very simple, easy and practical. I must point out that the beds are more comfortable than in better hotels! Kudos to the owner of the apartment, extremely proactive, when there was a problem with the reservation, he devoted himself to the utmost in helping to solve the problem. I can say only the best for this apartment, and recommend it to everyone.
