Nicolò è stato gentilissimo permettendoci di arrivare in anticipo e lasciare i bagagli oltre l'orario, facendoci cosi godere a pieno la città. Posizione perfetta, letti molto comodi e casa super calda. Sarà nuovamente la nostra scelta per la prossima volta a Bologna.

The only thing was the nice table outside for the rest nothing special
So for a huge house only one air conditioner A/C so was very hot inside specially in the kitchen area the cleaning wasn’t the best and for 3 people I just found only one toilet paper so I need to ask the guy for some more

nice and cozy apartment, great location

Comfortable, clean, a lot of touristic and useful info about the city printed, Netflix, a couple of croissants, the owner was really kind.
For us (or any healthy adult), it wasn't a problem, but if you have mobility issues, the stairs could be dangerous.
