The first bedroom is situated on the first floor and features two full bunk beds, providing you with a total of four twin beds and a full bathroom. There is also a TV in this room, so you can kick back and relax while your kids take a break from the beach and watch some TV. A second bedroom with a queen-sized bed, full bathroom and a flat-screen smart TV can also be found on the first floor. The primary bedroom is located on the second floor and includes a sumptuous king-sized bed, smart TV and en suite bathroom. This luxurious bedroom benefits from its own private balcony, where you can take in the morning sea air whilst lingering over a fresh cup of coffee. Also, The Beach Lounge is the only restaurant ON THE BEACH and is located in our neighborhood just steps from the house. Golf cart is not provided but please reach out for recommendations. There are two thermostats so please make sure to set each one. Note: the payment service fee is non-refundable for cancellations made by guests. —Please do not set the AC lower than 70 during the day and 68 at night. (Anything lower may cause it to freeze). —Please be respectful of neighbors. No loud music/noise outside after 10 PM on weekdays and midnight on weekends. Failure to comply can result in being asked to leave. —Exceeding the registered number of guests is prohibited. —Pets must be approved in advance.
