Thoughtfully renovated in 2021 with designer-inspired furniture refreshes in 2022, this high-end, two-story villa offers guests room to relax, unwind, and settle into their Kiawah Island get-away. Just a short stroll to the beach (less than 5 minutes at a leisurely pace), the Coastal Charm is perfectly situated to serve as your party’s base camp. This villa is conveniently located just ¾ mile inside the main gate in Kiawah Island’s West Beach area. In addition to being steps from the beach, you will have easy access to miles of biking and jogging trails, the Cougar Point Clubhouse and Golf Course, and the new West Beach Conference Center. It’s a short walk to the Kiawah General Store or hop on your bike for a quick cruise to great shopping and groceries at the Freshfields Village or The Sanctuary. When at home, you’ll enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine on the back deck overlooking a lush maritime forest while listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean. Chefs will enjoy cooking in the fully equipped and thoughtfully designed gourmet stainless steel kitchen. When it’s time to gather, your party will congregate in the open concept great room to entertain, play a game, or work a puzzle – all while enjoying the newly installed 65” Smart HD television and Sonos audio system. There is complimentary high-speed internet access perfect for streaming your favorite content, gaming, or taking a video call. For meals, your party will gather around the kitchen table or sit at the oversized breakfast island with granite countertop. Bright natural light from the picture windows flow throughout the space, while stunning hardwood floors and designer paint colors create a clean, warm, and inviting atmosphere. Signature touches throughout such as a tuxedo kitchen, custom tile work, maritime cable railing, recessed lighting and designer décor elevate this home to give a modern Charleston coastal feel. The Coastal Charm offers three generously sized bedrooms, each with private bathrooms (ensuites), large walk-in closets, and flat screen televisions. There is a queen-sized master conveniently located on the main level, a king-sized master on the second level, and a twin trundle in the third bedroom upstairs. -- Main Level Master Bedroom: includes 1 Queen Bed, Smart HD television, a private bath and walk-in closet, large windows and pleasant front facing views -- Upstairs Master Bedroom: includes 1 King Bed, HD Smart television, a private bath and walk-in closet, large windows that allow tree-filtered sunlight to flow in, pleasant rear facing views -- Upstairs Twin Bedroom: includes 2 Twin Beds (day bed and trundle), HD Smart television, a private bath and walk-in closet, large windows with pleasant rear facing views -- Main Level Pull-Out Couch is located in the Great Room No pets. No smoking allowed inside the villa. There is no pool access with this villa. When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required. Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of five and the place was great. Enough space for all of us and a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped so we could eat some meals there and we really enjoyed the games that were in the house as well. My only 'complaint' was that in the bedrooms there were no curtains so the sun was shining brightly in the morning. Overall, it was great and we would stay again.

Place was clean and comfortable for my husband and I and two children (ages 16 and 19). Kitchen was pleasantly well equipped for anything needed to cook meals. Location was great and the walk to the beach was quick and easy. Rental company sent a link to easily rent bikes and beach chairs for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall property was great. Accommodation was exactly as pictured. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms is a nice combination. Beds were comfortable. Short walk to the beach. The ocean water was beautiful! I would recommend staying in a Kiawah Island property to any who want to enjoy a vacation in the area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife, two teenagers (18 year old boys), and I stayed here for one week in April. The rental was in great shape, clean and updated throughout. It was nice to be in walking distance to the beach, but we were glad to have rented bikes to explore the island. We were able to walk to the Cougar Point Clubhouse for dinner one night which was great. The unit was quiet and it was nice to have the three bedrooms for our family. Not much of a view out the back, but it was a very nice unit and we would recommend.

My husband, 6 kids, and I absolutely loved this place! It was incredibly clean, we loved the decor, and the location was perfect. We biked all over the island from there and it was an easy walk to the beach. The only minor complaint we had was that the upstairs was a little too warm. Aside from that, everything was perfect!
