The house was very nice, appears to be recently updated as it looks fresher than the pics (new carpet, floors, paint, furniture, etc.). The kitchen was roomy and well stocked, plenty of seating at kitchen bar and table. Comfortable rocking chairs on both decks. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. The location is perfect, easy walk from house with no tall dune to cross over and far away from public access so plenty of privacy and space on the beach. The wifi would never work for us but other than that we loved it and would book again.

Expectations were exceeded! Thank You for such a beautiful location to enjoy a much needed week at the Holden Beach. The house has a great view, steps to the beach. It lived up to the name “dolphin watch”🐬.

The property was in a great spot and would have been perfect had there not been a roach problem. We discovered the problem Sunday and called Vacasa, the property manager, and did not hear back from them at all. However, they did send someone out to spray on Tuesday, but that did not take care of the infestation. In the meantime, we took matters into our own hands and bought roach spray, gel, and bait traps. Although we controlled the situation as best we could, we will still have to wash and clean everything before taking it into our house and unpacking. This was unfortunate and our stay could have been MUCH better.

We stayed in Dolphin`s Watch in 2017 and absolutely loved it. The walk to the beach was short. The house was clean and in perfect order. They had a ton of dishes to use. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
