It was a well maintained property and close to the ocean. Loved the bed arrangements, and the easy acess to the neighborhood. Had a great time and would recommend for a full family.

Very nice quiet area. We loved staying celebrating a graduation from college. Only recommendation I would have is to do away with bunk bed and make individual beds, bunks not conducive for adults. But a beautiful place and location.

Property was excellent chose it because of the multiple beds we had 10 people most of which unrelated all males on a fishing trip so we like the number of beds only thing that I would say to add is this- It was a little light on necessary cooking ware items.

First off, this was not the property we had originally booked... I was contacted on the drive down there that our original booking didn't have heat so they would need to move us so they sent pics of this and asked if it would be ok because it was similar. We accepted...(we are on our way there from Tennessee!) Before our arrival, I received another call that the heat downstairs to this home wasn't working but the upstairs was and they were going to get a maintenance man over to fix it and hopefully have it completed before we arrived. Upon arrival, it was very cold downstairs so we had to turn burners on the stove on to try to put some heat downstairs while waiting for maint. Maintenance arrived and worked on it, got us heat for the night but said he would have to return the next day to fix the problem completely. We wanted to take a hot shower or soak in a hot bath but the water would only get to lukewarm temp which is equal to a cold shower/bath.... This went on throughout the whole stay! We had heat maint in the house for the first two days and from day two to five, another maint. worker to fix the hot water issue which never got fixed during our stay... None of us were able to have hot water for bathing except a couple times I did boil water on the stove and walk up two flights of stairs and pour it in the lukewarm bath water already ran in the soaking tub to try to enjoy!
So other than the heating problem, hot water problems, disruptions etc... it needs a little more detailed cleanup on walls, baseboards and such but it would have been fine if everything was working properly...
***Note: I would like to note that the maintenance men were both very nice and apologetic for the issues and the property managers were professional and did try to rectify the situation the best they could.

I didn't experience any issues. The property management were friendly and courteous. The property itself was within walking distance to the beach. I would rent this property again.

Beach house
We enjoyed our stay at this house. Very room with lots of beds for our large family. The older girls were able to walk to the beach which was nice.

We truly enjoyed our time at the house and it was a great size for our family. We had a few issues with the permanent living neighbor being rude and the driveway is small but that would be our only complaint if I had to make one.

This property was great for our 2 family gathering. It had the basics we needed. The community pool was a wonderful perk. The beach was a short drive. The beaches in Perdido Key were beautiful and well kept. We left a box of garbage bags as none were left for us. The one thing we missed out on was a grilling night as the grill provided was pretty small but one was provided so it was our choice.

Nice location
Location was perfect. There needs to be an upgrade in pots and pans in the kitchen . Floors were very dirty when we arrived . My 1 year Olds feet were black within an hour of being there from the floors . Overall though a good experience and would stay again

The house is spacious and laid out well. Tons of space to spread out for families traveling together. We were all working so the Florida room was the office since it was quiet. Only a mile to the beach and a walking path along the main road near the house. It was 5 minutes to Publix. Pool in the community so you can't beat all the pluses. As much as we loved the location and amenities, the cleanliness, maintenance and organization of the house were lacking.CleanlinessThe floors were not cleaned. As in they were vacuumed but not mopped. Our socks were black from walking on the floors. My husband spilled some of his drink and it took 5 sprays with cleaner and wipes for the paper towel to come up clean. The sheets were clean but I'm not sure the quilts/blankets had been laundered. Even before COVID all beds and pillows should have covers on them and there were none so I sprayed lysol on everything. The garage wasn't cleaned out and swept. There was a patio chair, floats and other random things thrown about. The patio chairs weren't arranged nicely like the picture. They are all over the patio. Some had no cushions.MaintenanceThe hurricane doors (all of them) stick so bad we had to call maintenance to figure out how to get out of the house. Seems like a fire hazard to me if everyone can't just open the door. He said he gets calls about the doors every week. I had to reprogram the garage code to ensure we could get in an out of the house. The toilet paper holder was not on the wall. The 1st level bathroom gets steamy so the walls looked like they always had water running down the wall. OrganizationThe kitchen was a mess. There were cooking utensils spread over 6 drawers all over the kitchen. Not categorized either so we spent time looking through all drawers to find one item. The other thing that was frustrating was the pots were on the other side of the kitchen while there was NOTHING in the cabinet liter

Suggest the listing be more specific with the sleeping space as this did not sleep 16 adults comfortably and the kitchen lacked several items, the pans were very old and need to be discarded
Elevator did not work. Thank you.
