Nestled in Rehoboth Beach, this attractive condo for $163 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Located In a very quiet residential neighborhood,but close to beach(1.6Miles) ,outlets(1/3Mile) .Restaurants and super markets within 1 mile, local farmers market with cookies and ice cream just across from our neighborhood .Hiking/biking trail is a block away. Maximum 2 adults and 2 minors. * Please note, linens (including sheets, bath and beach towels) will not be included. There WILL be pillows and comforters on each bed. This is a NON SMOKING home. Ideal for a couple with small children. One bedroom ( a queen bed & a trundle)) in the basement with private entrance from lower level of the house with large Private bath room and Control Your own central AC. There are Microwave oven ,Toaster oven,coffee maker and a refrigerator . Comcast Tv/Wifi 2 beach chairs . Minimum 3 nights required . 2 nights required after Sept12 . Owners (2) live upper floor with a quiet friendly dog. The upper floor above the garage is 1 bedroom with full kitchen and washer / dryer for weekly rental and both rental units share the same walkway. Check in time 4 pm Check out time 10:30am

My husband and me and our two small children spent the weekend at this property and we had a wonderful stay. The communication with the host was great and she was quick to respond to any messages. Our family was very comfortable and the listing was even more spacious than anticipated. Despite a rainy weekend, we had a great stay. The location was ideal as it was a short drive to anything we wanted to do. We would definitely come back here.

My boyfriend and I chose this stay for Labor Day weekend and weren’t disappointed. The property owner was in touch with us every step of the way and even offered to move us to the upstairs apartment (we originally chose the basement apartment) but he did this because there were other guests coming in toward the end of our stay and wanted to make sure things would be quiet for our vacation. The apartment was clean and quiet. It’s only a 10-15 min drive to the beach (traffic depending). Very close to shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. I would book this place again!

Overall the unit was roomy and clean. It was great to come back and relax after a day at the beach. They provided k-cups and a Keurrig for coffee. Additionally, it was located in a nice housing community less than 10 minutes from the beach and was situated so we could avoid route 1 which was awesome

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious this place is. The owner gives you space and privacy, while also letting you know he is there if you need anything at all. The location is very ideal! It is very private, quiet and tucked back, while still being a SUPER short and easy drive in to Rehoboth Ave. You can get in to the main part of town without even driving out to Route 1 - where all the traffic is. There is a beautiful spacious and private patio area outside. For the price of this location it is truly excellent!! If I were to be super picky, I would say only a couple things that could be considered negative to note - if you have small kids the layout of the beds isn’t ideal. Simply because the trundle bed is located in the family room which is all in one room with the kitchen and you have to go through the family room to get to the bathroom from the one bedroom. Not a huge deal. Just something to note if your kid/s go to bed before you. The flusher on the toilet seemed to be in need of repair - again not a deal breaker by any means, just something to note. The queen bed was not very comfortable at all, and the WiFi wasn’t great. However, all of that said, I will say again that we truly enjoyed our stay and for the location, price and hospitality it is fantastic!! It was very clean, quiet and spacious! Located in a quiet neighborhood, but still very close to everything! We would surely stay here again!!

My husband and I stayed for a weekend to do some biking. The location is very close to the trailhead and offers options to bike to Lewes or Rehoboth. The property was clean and as advertised. Communication with property manager was great.

This property was very conveniently located to downtown Rehoboth Beach. It only took us about 5 minutes to get to Rehoboth Ave and we really didn't experience any traffic. The basement was very spacious, extremely clean, and perfect for our family of 4! The host was very accommodating and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place. This is our second year staying and it will not be our last stay that is for sure. Not far from the beach or the outlets. Very clean and comfortable. We did miss not having a beach umbrella. We survived. It is the perfect place to stay for 2-4 people. Small but has everything you need.

This is a great location. We were close to the bike paths and Gordon's Pond of Cape Henlopen. The apartment was in a basement that had a musty smell. AC was turned to 75 when we arrived and that was the worst of the issue. Less smelly at 70.

My wife and I visited from Hershey, Pa. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. We met the owners upon arrival, and they were extremely nice. We had no real need to see them during the remainder of our stay, but they let us know that if we needed anything, they would be available. The property was simply beautiful…. Clean, spacious, etc. It was a 5-10 minute drive to the beach. We would certainly give the highest recommendation to this location, and when we make a return trip to Rehoboth Beach, this will be where we will stay. Dave K

After a 3 hour trip from Hershey park we arrived to this quaint apartment. We were tired, hot, and hungry. It was so nice to walk into our home away from home and have the AC on!! It was nice and cool just what we needed!! Beautiful living area to stretch out on the couch after a long day at the beach and catch up on the news etc. The place is very quiet. The property is located on a very quiet street. You don't even know that the owners are upstairs. Never seen them or heard them the 3 days we were there. There was a beach umbrella on the property which we used @ the beach and we also borrowed a beach chair. If you are into shopping you are just minutes away from the outlets!! That was a super plus in my books!! Eateries were also very close. The beach is also only minutes away as well. Go early if you want good parking. Fills up quickly. Walmart was a little ride down the road but not far. My husband and I would definitley recommend this place to anyone that wants to get away and not be bothered. We loved it and want to go back!!

Beautiful home in a really nice quiet neighborhood, everything was very clean and fresh. We really liked that it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves, but at the same time the owner was right there if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this spot to my friends, and we are hoping to book it again next summer!
