Séjour exceptionnel à Miami Beach

Hôtel moderne de taille modeste avec beaucoup de charme. Emplacement parfait à proximité immédiate d’Ocean Drive mais au calme. Personnel sympathique et attentionné. Prêt de vélos très agréable pour faire une balade sur BeachWalk. Piscine sympa en rooftop. Bus numéro 100 pour Downtown au pied de l’hôtel.

Great location with a modern feel

This property was in a a great location. It had a very modern look and feel. The rooftop pool was a nice touch and the restaurant was delicious. The front staff was very courteous and went above and beyond.

The only complaint we had was the onsite restaurant didn’t offer kids portions. Everything else felt family friendly and I didn’t mind paying more for a great dish, but opted to not bring the kids there because it would have been a waste.

Urbanica Fifth ist ein schönes Stadthotel mit einer tollen Lage, wenn man minimalistische Zimmer mag

Die Lage des Urbanica Fifth ist überragend. Man ist in ca. 5 - 10 Minuten am Ocean Drive bzw. am Miami Beach. Das im Hotel befindliche italienische Restaurant Editor ist ein absolutes Muss (Pizza ist lecker und riesig - reicht für zwei Erwachsene!) und auch das gegenüberliegende Steakhouse Orilla Bar & Grill ist eine Empfehlung. Das komplette Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und organisiert auch einen Shuttle zum Cruise-Terminal. Im Zimmer war eine Espresso-Maschine inkl. Kapseln.

Unser Zimmer (202) war winzig und wir wussten faktisch nicht wohin mit unserem Gepäck und unserer Kleidung. Das Zimmer unserer Tochter (208) war größer, jedoch verlief anscheinend ein Abflussrohr durch das Zimmer, was Nachts etwas störend war.

Excellent hotel in good location. Close enough to main strip without being in the middle of all the noise.

Excellent location, a few great touches like free bike rental, sun beds on the beach, 1/2 price drinks voucher. Staff excellent.

Parking a bit too expensive. I noticed it was relatively empty too. I would drop your daily price by 10 dollars, I think you will make more in total through increased usage and be better value for guests.

Wonderful Stay

We absolutely loved this hotel! Starting from the lcoation: to me, SOFI area is the best of Miami Beach. We stayed in a standard king size room, the space was enough, enough wadrobe space and with small terrace. The bathroom was OK and had spacious shower with a pleasant view on the skyline. The room was perfectly cleaned everyday with daily replenishment of complimentary toiletries. The hotel has a nice restaurant at ground floor, where breakfast is served daily starting 8 am. Everything was very good, and we also tried it for lunch and dinner, being surprised for the amazing Pizza (I am italian :)). All staff of the hotel, from the garage, to restaruant and lobby is very kind and friendly! In addition, the hotel provides access to Esteban's Place on the beach at 4th street with complimentart sunbeds. This service was super appreciated, the sea in March is amazing and we enjoyed 2/3 hours at the beach every day. We also used byciles service and the rooftop pool, which is accessible also after checkout for a rest before the departure. Thank you, I believe that feeling at home in a hotel is very important for the outcome of an holiday and this was definitly the case. Will come back for sure!

For a longer stay (>10 days) i would book a bigger room than king size. but it was ok for 8 days. I woudl have appreciated to have a kettle in room to make tea or american coffee early in the morning (coffee machine is provided)

Great Amenities

Great location for the price we paid over New Years. Having the extra amenities of free bike hire and free lounge hire at the beach was an added extra that we were not expecting which was great.

Disappointing

It was generally pretty disappointing. There’s delicious pizza at the restaurant tho!

Room was tiny, looked dirty and unfinished (dirty stickers stuck to things, general vibe of being a bit uncared for). Our shower leaked all over the floor, the TV didn’t work, the bath products were empty. We later stayed at a similarly priced hotel in midtown, which was miles better.

Kurzaufenthalt Miami Beach - kann man machen, muss man aber nicht.

Die Lage zum Strand als auch zum Ocean Drive ist sehr gut! Es gibt auch tolle Restaurants und Bäcker in der Nähe. Das Hotel ist in modernem Stil, der uns zusagt.

Es gibt keine Zufahrt zum Hotel, um Koffer oder Ähnliches auszuladen. Die Parkgarage ist sehr klein, zudem viel zu teuer. Der Tagessatz für unseren SUV (BMW X3) hätte 50$ gekostet. 5 Minuten entfernt gibt es eine öffentliche Garage für 20$ pro Tag. Unser Zimmer war die Suite, aber war so klein, dass es bereits mit 2 Koffern eng wird im Zimmer. Im Zimmer gibt es kaum Licht im Hauptraum, wo das Bett steht. Nur die Lichter über dem Nachtkästchen, somit sieht man am Abend sehr wenig im Raum. Im Raum gibt es auch kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten. Anlässlich meines Geburtstags gab es auch keine Aufmerksamkeit oder sonstiges.

Très bonne base.

Hôtel à la déco moderne, chambre spacieuse et calme, bonne situation pour visiter South Beach sans être incommodé par l’agitation. Personnel sympathique, petite piscine sympa et accès plage à 10 minutes à pied. Super service de location de vélo. Il y a une agence SIXT à un bloc de là, parfait pour louer une voiture

La vue depuis le rooftop -chambre lumineuse remplie de baie vitrée sur la villes, très moderne -vélo en location gratuite, indispensable à miami Beach -chaise longue gratuite sur la plage (bon, on a jamais trouvé où elles étaient...)

-prix élevé, sans petit déjeuner avec une chambre relativement petite pour les USA -rooftop fermé la nuit, il faut demander au manager de nous y permettre l'accès pour voir la vue, mais il répond le le demain...

Un très bon choix si vous avez les moyens

Un très bel hôtel, propre avec un service accueillant, et une piscine sur la terrasse qui propose une belle vue sur Miami, on peut aussi y apprécier le coucher de soleil.

Les tarifs exorbitant : parking, restaurant, nuit.

Perfeita

Amei nossos dias no hotel. Lugar incrível, lindo, aconchegante e os funcionários todos muito bem educados e gentis. Nosso quarto era super confortável, limpo e com vista incrível para a cidade. A parte da piscina é muito boa, limpa e com vista incrível. Com certeza voltaria e ficaria mais dias.

Super Hotel und freundlichen Mitarbeiter

Tolle Unterkunft mit super Lage. Man kann kostenlos Fahrräder ausleihen und es gibt kostenlose Liegen am Strand! Modern, saubere und gut geschnittene Zimmer! Besonders hervorzuheben sind die super freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter. Ich Reise viel, und so toll und freundlich hat man mich bisher nirgends empfangen! Würde sofort wieder hin!

Chambre très confortable et très bien équipée

La chambre n’était pas propre, télé, miroirs sales et poussiéreuse. Le personnel de la réception est serviable, ceci dit, lors du checkin nous avons reçu des informations erronées. Parking à 50$/jour avec service de valet. Cher payé quand le valet n’est pas disponible ou ne trouve pas les clefs du véhicule. Dans la chambre, les informations sont; Le restaurant de l’hôtel (Editor Pizza) offre un service room avec supplément de 5$. Cependant le restaurant dément cette information. Nous avons donc dû commander sur internet et avons dû aller chercher notre commande et manger avec des couverts en plastique. Quand nous avons dit au manager que ce serait mentionné durant l’évaluation, celui-ci a répondu; I don’t care. Drôle de réponse à un client qui dépense 3000$!

Friendly staff, great location, comfortable beds.

Check in and valet parking was simple, staff were friendly and allowed use of facilities the day of check out, meaning we could shower after the beach and before departing Miami. You get free deckchair hire at the local beach as a hotel guest. Pool was nice and clean with good views. Room was clean with good amenities and a comfortable bed.

The only downside was that the light in the rooftop bathroom/ shower was quite dim. Literally the only thing wrong if I had to choose.

Den Erwartungen entsprechend und gut.

Sehr gute Lage.

Leider keine Parkmöglichkeiten, nur zusätzlich buchbar für 40 Dollar pro Tag, da ist es sogar im Parkhaus in der Nähe "günstiger". Zimmer sehr klein, wenig Abstellmöglichkeit für Koffer. Kein ordentlich helles Licht.

Ist ein super Hotel mit einem guten Restaurant, sowie einer super Lage. Wie würden nochmals dort übernachten.

Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und hatte alles was es braucht, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.

Auf der Bettwäsche waren mehrere Blutflecken, sowie auf dem Kissen. Die Bettwäsche war jedoch frisch und gewaschen. Kann passieren, habe es gemeldet und uns wurden neue Kissen, sowie saubere neue Bettwäsche gebracht.

Amazing experience.

Stayed here for four nights with my family. The staff was perfect and polite. The hotel was located in a nice area, the room has a good view, and also the food at the restaurant was so good. I will recommend it without a doubt. The service was amazing all the people was so nice and they were willing to help you.

Only the pillows were too high.

Great stay, well appointed room, friendly staff.

The room was comfortable and the hotel was in a good location in South Beach. The free trolley got us anywhere we needed to go.

Great quiet hotel on South Beach

Excellent Italian Restaurant at the hotel. Beds are good, hot water, clean. Quiet, since it is located 5 min walk to the Beach and Ocean Drive. Free chairs and umbrella on the beach :) . If valet parking is too expensive, there is city garage on 5th/Washington for 20$/day.

Very good place to stay loved it.

Very clean and well updated love the rooftop pool and the room.

Bad lighting when in the rooms. In order to see you have to have all the lights on plus open the blinds to get light.

Safe was not working, body wash was not replenished, lobby needed to focus less on restaurant and have more space for guests. Felt like the hotel was an afterthought of the restaurant which had big signage
