Úžasné

Nejlepší volba!!! Vše naprosto perfektní, každý den uklizeno, pokoj skvěle vybaven. Jen jednu ulici od pláže, přímo na hlavní ulici! Zastávky autobusů hned na vedlejší ulici. Neplatíte už žádný další poplatek, cena byla konečná. A co musíme opravdu ocenit a ještě jednou i zde poděkovat je ochota personálu! Z důvodu změny odletu na pozdější čas nám byl umožněn pozdější check-out ve večerních hodinách!!! Až se budeme do Miami vracet, tak rozhodně sem! Díky.

Convenient location but poor room cleanliness.

Convenient location and good size room.

Place is rundown, unkempt, with cobwebs in room and window sills. Toilet was half blocked at the start of the stay. Rooms not cleaned once during 4 night stay.

Pretty good.

Perfect location, pretty clean, own kitchen.

No front desk, no phone in the room to contact anyone from hotel. I almost couldn’t sleep last night in the hotel due to very noisy guests next room. Unfortunately there’s nobody in the hotel who would help.

South Beach in May

This hotel was a 2 minute walk to the beach and in the center of things. Great restaurants, shops and cafes along with easy access to public transportation. A public bus one block away went to the airport for $2.50. The hotel is quaint but the suite has a full kitchen in case you want to cook. There is alot of closet space and a very quiet A/C. Across the street is a market, however, watch your money as they try to rip you off by handing out incorrect change. Other than that you have easy access to the beach with beach lounges for rent. This place is quite cheap in comparis on to other:places.. Overall a great stay!

A bit noisy at night on the street but with the window closed everything was fine.The hotel itself is very quiet.

excellent location and staff at a nice hotel in Miami

excellent location, close to all the shops and the beach. Staff was very nice allowed us to check out later than we needed to free of charge so we could enjoy the beach some more. room service gave us new towels everyday. kitchen with utensils provided and a fridge. not loud at all considering the loud music in the restaurants nearby

I had to ask refund and go away.

The wooden floor, the location

No elevator in use from ground floor to 1st. Messy entrance, not neat. Not accessible the front door with a ramp instead of stairs, used like a storage for what I could see. Awful mattress/bed. No floor mat in the bathroom 1 sort of small towel each client for body face and intimate parts. 1. No beach towels either.

I enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back

Amazing location, charming building and room, having kitchen and responsive staff. Really good value if you are not stuck on having new and renovated room.

Nothing really stands out, as we didn’t expect a 5 star look. With minor upgrades it would be amazing, as long as it stays good value.

Nice!

The hotel is perfectly located, next to the beac and to nightlife but at the same time quite enough. The room is totally fine, enought space, bright. I recomend this room and I'll be happy to stay there in case I'll be back in Miami

I did not give a high rate in equipments and cleaning as there was no cleaning service or towel change despite I spent 15 days, however as soon as I'v requested it the owner give me a prompt answer (still the claning was not done in the bathroom), please accept my apologies if that was clear in the contract.

Superb

The staff is available and kind, the kitchen is a plus if you stay for many days. You cannot have better located hotel in Miami Beach. If you are sportive, this is the perfect site with public free structures in the playa in front.

Great stuff , great location , we will be back next year for sure .

Hotel in the art deco district, great location, I think the best in Miami Beach, a few steps (1 min.) from Ocean drive. Large room, very clean, comfortable beds. A very big convenience is the kitchenette -large fridge, stove with oven and microwave oven. The bathroom was old but very clean. The staff was the best -extremely kind and helpful. Greetings from Poland.

Location was great, five day minimum was challenging; if looking for a good deal with a good location

location, staff (Alenjandro) was extremely helpful; size of the room was great; dinette was fine, appreciated full size refrigerator

it was well worn; it needed some more of a facelift — the bathroom was more than dated, low low water pressure, sparse towels
