Beautiful Apartment with a nice sea view, close to UShaka Marine, really enjoyed our stay with my Friends, will definitely book there next time, the owner was so helpful quick to reply

The accommodation was homely, friendly and equipment for house hold was on point. The seaview was amazing.

Some of the inventory was missing like spoons but on carboard written a different number. If that can be rectified.

The apartment ,the receptionist were helping n the host was communicating a lot n he helped with my family I will be forever be grateful 🙏

The dining floor tiles felt like u will go into another floor. It needs to be fixed U had to clean,wash dishes and buy your own dish cloth n do your own bed as if u home but u on holiday The blinds in the main bedroom needs to be fixed.

It was excellent

The whole apartment felt like home, The view, the space, the location and most importantly the security. It is a perfect holiday home for the group of friends or family. I like it, will sure do come back again.

The apartment cleanness is what i was not happy with. Please do make a follow up on your cleaning service that you are currently using. The lounge and the kitchen was not cleaned at all. It has dust all over, behind the TV stand and sofas they is a lot of dirt that have not been cleaned in ages. It seems like the only thing they clean in the house are the bathrooms. I have no complains with the bathroom and bedrooms inclusive of the linen. But the kitchen and the lounge, please emphases on the cleanliness on that side. Its needs proper spring cleaning including the sleeper couch. I was travelling with a toddler and I had to be extra careful.

Location was just perfect, the staff was very friendly and willing to assist

Floors were not cleaned, the was hair all over the couches and the floor. Maybe the owners can also consider house keeping during the guest stay

View, spacious apartment, braai area, fully self catering, safety, no loadshedding

-Wasn't cleaned properly on arrival, lots of visible dust and dirt -2nd toilet wasn't flushing properly- had to open system to flush, small tank, water taking a long time to go down shower drain, no extra toilet roll, liquid soap finished, toilet spray not working -Bedding had stains -Build up ice in freezer -Balcony not cleaned

The house is exactly as it it is in the website. Love that All was good and in order

The parking lot are so confusing. The lady at the entrance gate assisted us after seeing us spending about 20 Min without coming up. I I wish parking numbers can be in sequence order. Like 601, 602 etc

It was spacious,the view was beautiful and superb location,good communication from the host

The microwave was not working, the WiFi for the TV was slow or what I don't know ,they should update their equipment list because almost everything was short

great host, beautiful views!

Views and spacious apartment. wifi and smart tv. convenient location, apartment right in front of the lift which made access easy. safe basement parking

the microwave does not heat up food, tried several settings. the access app was very problematic on the first day and its apparently a new system with still has teething problems. the host could provide free basic toiletries like soap/shower gel as is the standard with most apartments at Quayside.

I will never book at that apartment again.

The sea view

The wifi was not working at all as a results no TV for the entire weekend. I had to drive in the middle of the night to go buy toilet paper. The geyser was switched off and only realised this when we are about to shower that the water was cold as a result we ended up being late for our meeting. The dust bin doesn't have a lid and the fridge is not in good working conditions.
