Fully stocked kitchen at your disposal with all you need to cook meals, Smart TV's with cable and streaming apps, a patio outdoor seating. Dog friendly with pre approval- ask for more details (fees apply)! ** Fresh and comfy furnishings! ** Welcome to your new favorite vacation spot in beautiful Madeira Beach! No expense has been spared with this tastefully designed and spacious home for up to 9 guests. With all new furniture, linens and all amenities. Convenient access to everything you would need for a perfect vacation. Within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and activities, this is truly the best location for any trip! - Easy walk to the beach- right down the street! (3 minute walk!) We provide beach towels and gear for you to use! - Fully stocked kitchen and full use of washer/ dryer & Wi-Fi. -Within walking distance of restaurants, entertainment to include live music daily and the grocery store, plus putt-putt golf where you can feed alligators!!! š -All linens are provided for you! Enjoy self-check-in for your convenience with the electronic door lock. This single-level beach home comfortably accommodates a group with 2 living rooms and separate spaces for enjoying each other's company. The whole home is all yours! Situated on a quiet palm tree lined street with parking available for 2 cars on the driveway + street parking. In the back is a private patio area with outdoor seating to soak in the sunshine. With provided beach gear, high speed WIFI, and a great outdoor space this will become your new go-to spot! We are dog friendly! Well behaved and potty-trained dogs over 1 year old are allowed with preapproval and pet fee. Dogs must be crated when left unattended. Please ask for more details. COVID-19 update: We have implemented strict cleaning measures for disinfecting the house between guests. In addition to our regular high standards, we are disinfecting all light switches, remotes, doorknobs, keypads, all surfaces, and any additional heavily touched surfaces around the space. We enjoyed the stay. Everything was amazing. The house was nice and very clean. Everything we needed was there. The host was communicative and checked in on us a couple times! We would definitely stay again!

The property manager was very accommodating to our needs. It was great that there was plenty of parking in a quiet neighborhood.

The location of the house was exactly as advertised- just a couple minutes walk to beach. That was our favorite part but this house had so much else to offer as well. We were pleased with the layout which seemed bigger than the pictures showed, the bathrooms were modern and clean and we appreciated the modern appliances like the coffee pot and washer and dryer. Host was great at communicating. We would definitely stay here again.

Had my daughter from Australia visiting and so we went to St Pete to visit my son who's at college. Liked the fact that everything went like clockwork. Responsive host, house as advertised and nice and clean. Even my fussy wife was impressed :-)

We loved this home, very clean and spacious! Location was great, within walking distance to restaurants and close to beach access. My only suggestion would be to add a mirror to the third bedroom with the twin beds.
The property manager was quick to respond and the house was well stocked with toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry soap. Great place to stay for families or groups!

Love the location! The house is a different story, house very old. Every rooms bed(s) is horrible. All the mattress is so old and uncomfortable. The sofa bed doesnāt have any padding, you will be sleeping on springs. Everything thing in the house is sooo old.

What a treasure this house is! It is so comfortable and has everything we need. And close to everything. We happened to be there for the Wednesday Farmers market where we had a good lunch. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance.We walked the short block to the beach every evening to watch the sunset. They were so accommodating to allow us to drop our luggage early and let us use beach towels before we checked in. The beds were comfortable and the house spotless.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. We had 3-4 people with us on our trip, and this was the perfect size home. However, you can sleep 6-7 comfortably in beds. This house was in a great location. The home was one block from the beach (5 min. Walk), and in walking distance of several great restaurants. We flew down, so we didnāt have a car and didnāt necessarily feel like ubering everywhere. So, having the home in walking distance of plenty of restaurants and bars was absolutely perfect for us.
Lastly, we very much appreciated the cleanliness of the house and the fact that it was nicely stocked with coffee, filters, detergent pods, towels, blankets, a working ice maker, fridge filter drinking water, beach chairs, a cooler, and streaming services for watching movies and/tv.
The host was extraordinary, available, and responsive. We were beyond pleased, and we would HIGHLY recommend this property!
