Situated in Ocean City, this charming house for $749 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Great location, walk to the beach, board walk, shops. Large 4 bed room 2.5 bath features one bed room room right off the kitchen with Queen bed half bath, 3 other bed rooms are up a few steps away. One bed room will sleep 4 ( two sets of bunk beds ) next bed room has two twin beds and large master suite with Queen bed a full bath walk in shower. Hall bath has a tub for the little ones. Large front porch is private entrance. There is a full enclosed out side shower . Parking in drive way and garage will hold 2-4 cars depending on the size of the cars.

My friends and I had an amazing winter weekend getaway! We enjoyed the fireplace and loved the whole feel of the place. This would be fantastic in season to be close to all of the boardwalk action as well!

The house was great and the location perfect. It fit our family with enough space for privacy if necessary and plenty of together time. We used the outside shower a lot and my only recommendation would have been to take out the small top two panels in the door and replace it with screening. The moist hot air made the shower very mildewey. Other than that it was a wonderful week. Thank you so much and we look forward to next year.

This home was perfect for our family! This home is very centrally located just steps to the boardwalk, shopping and beach! The beds were very comfortable and rooms were spacious. The wi-fi was quick and easy to connect too. Loved morning coffee on the front porch.

My family and I were pleasantly surprised with this property. It had a beachy decor and was tastefully done! We found a fully equipped kitchen with many small appliances, dishes, silverware, pots & pans, etc. With it being so close to the beach and boardwalk, we didn't have to drive anywhere. Overall, our get together at the shore was a very enjoyable experience. The only negative was the neighbors upstairs who had a crying baby!

Overall the stay was good. The place could have been a bit cleaner (crumbs on the table, layers of dust in the shower, shower slow to drain, dirty rugs). You also can hear every movement from upstairs. This can’t be controlled by the home owner but good to know…seemed like the guests upstairs were rearranging furniture all day and most of the night. The location was great and the condo has everything you need to feel at home.

We were very close to the boardwalk, which is a must for us with small children. It was a maybe 5 minute walk to the beach (probably less), and we were right in the middle of things. We were thrilled with the proximity to the action. The house itself was spacious & the rooms were accommodating. Access was easy, and the area was quiet. It was great having a place for everyone to have their own space. My kids also loved running up and down the long hallway to the bedrooms. There was also a fair amount of pillows, which doesn’t always happen at rental properties. We didn’t bring our dogs, but it’s nice to know we could if we wanted to in the future. There was a nice sized grassy area in the front and along the side that was partially fenced in. There was some dog hair in the main area, but as dog lovers, that didn’t bother us. Just something to keep in mind for those with allergies!

Tracey was wonderful to work with for our visit. We were pleasantly surprised with how well the kitchen was supplied. We live to cook and eat in and the kitchen had more items than we expected/ needed to prepare our meals.

Our stay was pleasant here. This property is on the first floor of the two floor building. The kitchen was adequately equipped for our needs. The garage access is on the back alley/street. We brought our own Linens (bedsheet, pillow cover, bath towels etc) as Linens are not provided as part of the rental. It would be helpful if the rental description is updated with this info. Tracy was prompt and great with all the communications. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.

This property is in the ideal spot if you like to be in the middle of the action in OCNJ. As you arrive, cross the bridge leading to to 9th Street, head towards the ocean a few blocks and you're there. Once settled in, it's a quick walk to either the boards or Asbury Avenue district. This 4 BR home has room for a large extended family without feeling cramped. There are a couple of quirks to the layout such as shared garage/back entrance with the upstairs residence, and the main bathroom is at the end of a long hallway away from the living room and kids' bedroom. These weren't a problem, just took a little getting used to. The kitchen is well equipped for almost any type of meal you want to prepare, and the dining table is large enough to seat everyone as well! The furniture was all in excellent condition. All in all, this was a great place to relax, sit back, and enjoy OCNJ!

As soon as we walked in, every one of us said, now this is so welcoming and beachy. Beautifully decorated, beds were super comfortable. Fireplace was great. The location was awesome. we walked the boards (Less than a block) then up to the shopping on Asbury. The folks were wonderful to deal with. Absolutely will rent this place again next year.

The house size and location was perfect for our family. The check in process was very easy. The cleanliness of the property when we arrived was average. There were some minor issues that I communicated to the owners upon arrival. The only complaint is that the beds were very uncomfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.

We had a great week. House is clean. We cooked a great deal. We walked to the seafood markets after the beach each day. Beach is walking distance and at night kids loved going in the rides until dark. Great way to get them off the electronics and enjoy nature.
