Spacious 4BR, 2BA. Sleeps 11. The condo is professionally disinfected and sanitized immediately before your arrival. Attached is a view from your rooftop deck showing the relationship to the beach. Very clean, beautiful interior with new furnishings. There is private off-street parking for 2 cars. The unit is in a perfect location in the South end of Ocean City. The area is tranquil away from the downtown noise and congestion. The beaches are large with lifeguards. There are separate beach areas reserved for surf fishing or surfing. There is a trolley that takes you to and from the boardwalk and restaurants in minutes so there is no need to move your car. ** WE INCLUDE 10 BEACH TAGS A $250 value *** Amenities: The great room has cathedral ceilings with skylights, a gas fireplace, wood laminate floors and a 65” TV. The dining room seats 8 comfortably. The eat-in kitchen with granite breakfast bar is well equipped with all cookware, dishes, glassware and utensils. You can prepare any type of meal and there is also an outside barbecue gas grill. There are three private furnished decks for additional living, eating, and relaxing space one of which is a rooftop deck with a partial ocean view. The third deck has an awning cover and is accessible from 2 bedrooms. There is a washer/dryer room inside your condo. You have a private locked storage room for bicycles, beach chairs, etc. There is also an outdoor private enclosed shower. 4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths Sleeps 11: (all bedrooms offer ample closet space) * Master BR (1) queen bed, private master bath w/shower, private deck, TV * 2nd BR (1) queen bed, TV and a private deck * 3rd BR (2) Twin beds, TV * 4th BR (2) Bunk Beds (1 full, 3 twin) with TV/DVD * The main hall bath has twin sinks, bathtub w/shower. The House is great space. I think that the cleaning company could do a better Job. The refrigerator had so many streaks on it. We found A pair of children's underwear in the bunk room and a child's toy. The condo is a little dated but functional

We had a great stay and will definitely be back. We loved the location and the house was well maintained. Communication with the owner exceeded our expectations. We had young kids and the place was perfect! Even the neighbors were amazing and super friendly!

Everything was fine and as expected. the only issue was that one of the showers did not drain and baically , could not be used. I informed the owner of this condition the 2nd day there.

We had the BEST time!! Condo was spacious, clean, quiet, plenty of storage...walking distance to the beach, some great restaurants and the Jitney (download the app if using). Condo well equipped with everything you need, but make sure to bring your own pillow as there may not be one for every bed...lots of blankets and comforters though.
Bob and Deb (owners) were super responsive and easy to reach. Would absolutely rent from them again!! Another memorable stay at OC!!!!

The property was perfect for the 10 of us, adequately furnished, in excellent condition, great proximity to the beach, the boardwalk, the local golf course, and within walking distance of a sandwich, pastry, and ice cream shops. The owner was very accommodating and we would definitely consider returning.

My family (including 2 kids under 3) stayed at Bob’s place for a long weekend and it was perfect! Bob made sure we checked in with him after getting settled, just to make sure we got in ok and to make sure we knew all the beach toys to take advantage of downstairs for the kids. All in all it was perfect for a beach trip. Just a block away from the beach. Loved it!

This home is beautiful! My husband and I and our three kids loved staying here. It’s very beautiful and spacious, we especially loved that it was about a block away from the beach (and when you have three kids and a lot of stuff to cart to the beach this makes such a big difference in your beach stay) and it had everything we could need(tons of beach toys and beach chairs). The owners kept in communication with us just in case we needed anything… they even had a grill for us to use, which we used to host dinner one night for our family staying nearby. It was such a wonderful vacation. I mean, what more could you ask for!!?!!

This property worked out perfectly for two families with 4 small children. No complaints here! Close to the beach and to 34th street which has a lot of fun activities on it as well.

We had an amazing stay! Bob was responsive and easy to get ahold of to make check in and out easy. The location was perfect- easy walk to beach, food, and parks (we had 6 kids under 8 and they walked everywhere). The house was clean. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to be back. Huge thanks!

Great property that worked well for our family as well as my sisters. 4 young kids and the sleeping arrangements worked out great. Very close to the beach and a short drive to the boardwalk.

We had an amazing family vacation. The location is excellent! It's very close to the beach in a residential section that isn't too noisy. Within walking distance to a few shops & places to get food. Reservations, checking in and checking out were a breeze. The place was clean and easily accommodated all 10 of us. We loved the great big common area that we could all comfortably gather in. We will definitely consider staying here in the future.

House is just a short walk to the ocean with room for the family. Check in and check out were easy. Living area furniture needs some updating and kitchen island stools would be nice.

We did a quick getaway with our grown kids and this was the perfect spot. It had everything we needed and we loved hanging on the porches both in the morning and late afternoon. So close to the beach and convenient to everything Ocean City has to offer.

The rental process was super easy for this house. It was the first time we ever used VRBO, so we were a little nervous, but Robert and his wife were very communicative and quick to respond. The process went very smoothly, and we were given very easy check-in instructions and contact info if we had any questions.
The house had a lot of the amenities that one might forget, including cleaning supplies, etc.
Everything was very clean, the house was spacious, and the balconies were the perfect little spot to relax after a full day at the beach.
We will certainly be making this house an annual vacation spot!

This house was just what we were looking for for our short family vacation! So close to a quieter section of the beach and an quick drive over to the boardwalk. Close to cute little sandwich and pastry shops, ACME, and a nice playground. It was well- maintained and had great decks for morning coffee to evening sunsets. Bob was very responsive and courteous. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation!
