The property was located in quiet neighborhood but very close to I-20. There was no noise at all and the area was peaceful. The house was clean and the manager was very responsive to any requests.

For starters, there was a car in front of the house that seemed kind of weird upon check in. Once in the home there was a tv left on, the washer and dryer was locked, and the blinds in the master bedroom were left up and was very hard to get down. The refrigerator and freezer weren’t clean and had to be cleaned out before putting our food and drinks inside. We made sure to take pictures and video of the areas that weren’t clean as well as things that were broken like the shelf on the refrigerator door. I asked Tierra about the washer an dryer which was listed in the description and she said it was never listed as an accessible room, as for the blinds she stated that she knew of one being broken and that it was going to be fixed and that she didn’t think it would affect the stay. On the second day, some family come by to visit me around 9:45pm; We were proceeding to go out that night but were going to carpool. Around 10pm I got a call from Tierra (the owner) stating that I was having a party and that the cops were being called on me. She called me screaming and yelling at me as well as using profanity toward me calling me disrespectful. When I informed her that I wasn’t having a party and that it was only family over; she told me that she didn’t care and it didn’t matter. She stated that there could only be 8 overnight guests in the house. It was only 10pm and the guests were not staying the night. It was only going to be my brother, sister and myself staying that night so we’re definitely weren’t going to be over the limit. Nowhere in the house rules does it state that you can’t have company or visitors to the house. When I called VRBO they assured me that I was not in any violation of the rules and that there was no reason for her to tell us we had to leave. The lady that I spoke to that works for VRBO, also stated to me that under Tierras 8 overnight guest rule; in the text under it, Tierra put that intimate birthday parties of 10 max guests are permitted. There are also two cameras that are outside of the house that aren’t listed on the site. Overall we did not enjoy our stay at this property and we were not treated with professionalism instead was met with disrespect and disappointment by Tierra. Tierra did not give us an ultimatum instead told us that we must vacate the premises immediately as the cops were called and on the way. Upon vacating the residence the same black car was flashing it’s high beams at us and we were being watched.

Very nice, was cold upstairs where beds are but we figured out how to control the heat temperature. Had to supply extra tissue for master bathroom and paper towels for kitchen none in home during our stay. I will definitely recommend the home

My family and I had a wonderful time. There were board games there and my kids love them. They also loved the space. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would book there again if we need to.

The house was nice and was just as described. We did see a few dead bugs when we first entered the home. Also there is a odor in the home but the plug in do help mask it. No tvs in the spare bedroom where the children stayed. Didn’t care for the flash cards posted everywhere, but I did understand the point of having them. Light in the master bedroom worked when it wanted to (batteries may be dying). Overall it was a nice visit and i would rebook. Nice backyard but no where to sit.

My family and self made plenty of memories like eating together watching TV and other hobbies in ATL ....check in process was simple and easy and through email I like that the home has little notes that helps you understand rules of the home...very very nice home We got a great nights rest every night during our stay

We stayed at this home on a quick golf trip to GA. It was perfect for our group of four. The house was very clean and spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was also a very good value for what we paid. We will stay again if we travel back to this region.

She answered every message with in a 5 minute frame, the house was clean and smelt good upon arrival. The whole house was cozy nothing felt out of place. Would definitely stay here again!!

Spacious Comfortable beds Central location Things that need attention: Pan / cook wear rusted Trash cans full out front when we arrived with trash overflowing Flies throughout the house for the first few day. We purchased fly strips and insect spray to help control Bad smell throughout the downstairs portion of the home Bugs to include palmetto roaches Lack of privacy with no curtain over front door Half working appliances (fridge/stove & downstairs tv) Needs more dishes. Had 1 coffee mug, two bowls and 1 cup which made it hard for a family of 6 with a long term stay.

The property was as advertised and was great for a group of 6 grown men.

We have stayed at many VRBO homes and have always had a good experience. The max said 8 adults but we had 5 kids (a baby and 4yr old plus a few boys that slept on air mattresses. My mother and her friend joined us as well. With 4 bedrooms and big beds there was plenty of room for us. One thing that happened right after we got in the house was we started getting messages from the owner stating they would have to charge us more because there were more than originally listed. That was really strange as it made us feel like we were being watched. The owner assured us that we weren’t being watched inside the house but that for security the camera was at the door. The owner ended up changing our reservation charging us an additional couple hundred for some of the kids who were marked as adults. Unfortunately they were not willing to change this. We had come for an event in Dallas, GA for two days. My reservation was originally for two nights (or so I thought). I agreed to pay the additional amount and we felt more comfortable once we were assured we weren’t being watched and listened to. We have nothing to hide but it is hard to be comfortable if you feel your being watched. It appeared to be a new listing as it was very minimally stocked. There was one couch and no dining table. There were very few dishes (like only one coffee mug). There was a nice Keurig. There needs to be more trash cans as only one bathroom had one. Also, there were moth balls in all the closets that left a strong odor. It’s possible they just painted or something and were trying to mask the smell. The house itself was in a residential neighborhood with row houses with very little parking. It shouldn’t be a problem if you have a smaller group. When we left for our event a little after 10am the first morning I got a message from the owner reminding me that check out was by 11am. I thanked them for the reminder knowing that check out wasn’t until the next day since I thought we had rented two days. Then I got a message just before 12 that the owner had the cleaner there and a lot of our stuff was still there. We had just arrived at our event and realized what was happening and some of our group rushed back to get our stuff. I then received another invoice for a large late fee. I asked for it to be removed due to a clear misunderstanding. Whether it was our booking mistake or something else happened I am not sure. Our entire 1 day stay over six hundred dollars.
