Situated in Heber Springs, this attractive house for $397 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Unique location with both beautiful lake view and access via a short 3-minute walk from the property to the lake shore at the Pointe The shoreline area on the lake near the house offers one of the best swimming areas with gentle access inside the cove from the house and ascending bluffs to jump from going towards Damsite. Perfect lakeside location for swimming, jumping off the bluffs, fishing, snorkeling, and water recreation. Boats can be parked on the soft shore of the cove w/ trail to access passengers at the house. And if you want to take in a spectacular lakeside view, our deck is accommodating and a great place to entertain with family and friends. Two nearby full-service marinas (Dam Site Marina and Heber Springs Marina) are located within 5 miles. Walmart is 1.3 miles, and our lovely, historic Heber Springs downtown is a 6-minute drive. Be sure to check out our Cleburne County Historical Society and enjoy a vanilla single scoop or espresso at the Jitterbug Coffee House across Main Street. Facing beautiful Greers Ferry Lake, the Lakewood house - the 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom (including a jacuzzi bath), washer/dryer, dishwasher, built-in microwave, formal dining room. The kitchen and dining room amenities provide an opportunity for full spectrum family cooking and hosting guests! The spacious kitchen includes a large cooking island, a table, and 4 chairs. The kitchen cooking inventory includes pots, pans, crock pots, chef’s knives, a toaster, a microwave, a can opener, and everything a cook wants to prepare and serve wonderful meals. Plates, silverware, China serving dishes, glassware and an abundance of other service items are in the cabinets. The master bedroom has its own bathroom, 2 built-in closets, a queen-sized bed, and large sliding glass doors walking out to the spacious deck. The den seats 8 people comfortably and hosts a 65-inch HD/Bluetooth-enabled smart television. Guests can smartcast to the 65” tv with their apps/subscription services. And the home has wifi as well with a Guest network. The custom-crafted oak millworker throughout this beautiful house is very impressive. There are many cell phone towers in the area. You should have full bars signal from the house depending on your carrier. There is a large sun umbrella on the deck, over the tables, to provide maximum shade and cover! Access to the lake through the woods down to the huge sandstone point. Follow the contour of the lakeside, and you will see a spectacular view unfold as you reach this premium panoramic view. This is the breathtaking peaceful experience you have been seeking! Just a small stroll from the house. I like to bring my yoga mat, a cup of coffee, and watch the sun come up, while I have a fishing line in the water. At the “pointe,” your recreational options are amazingly diverse. This is the place for swimming, snorkeling, diving from many incredible heights, or walk into the water to just get a bit wet in the fresh, clean, pristine water. The water is so clear you can see the deep into the water. The house is also stocked with snorkeling equipment, kites, and floating devices to facilitate your amazing recreational activities! The lakehouse is a secluded, quiet oasis with the back of the home lakeside facing. When you're ready to explore Heber Springs, the home’s location is so convenient! The Heber Springs Walmart Supercenter is located 1.2 miles from the house for all your logistical needs, including a fishing license! Or head South to downtown Heber Springs, where you’ll find charming boutique stores, thrift shops, restaurants, a library, Gem Theatre, Court Square, and Spring Park! Heber Springs and the Cleburne Country area offer wonderful family vacation experiences. Note: We ask our renters to enjoy their visit while respecting our neighbors and Heber Springs city ordinances. This is not a property to host large groups - the home sleeps 6 with a blow-up mattress. Please keep all vehicles in the home's driveway. We have ample parking for 5 vehicles.

When arriving it was easy to find and the house was clean. The three bedrooms 2 baths served us well. We didn’t use the laundry room bathroom. There was plenty of vests for swimming but only one chair. We couldn’t find the path to the lake. We drive around to Sandy Beach. The kitchen was stocked okay. Looking for Tupperware or something to store food in. Plenty of coffee for the Kuerig but only 2 decaf and the machine was dirty. Lots of little travel size incidentals in the bathrooms in case you forgot anything. The living room was very comfy. We had a hard time getting the TV to work but John called with help and help with the TV . We had one
Day with no WiFi. Katherine said John had changed it and she didn’t know. Problem was my daughter speaks with an iPad and no connection. Was rough for her the first day. The view was outstanding and the deck lovely but bring bug spray! Overall the house was good. Not much on the to-do list to check out. Would not likely stay again only due to no lake access.

The lake views were just what we wanted! The house was great size and had everything you could imagine! The owners were great with communication as well. I highly recommend this home to anyone.

All in all a very good experience.

The house was perfect.. so many extras! We spent a lot of our time on the balcony enjoying the view of the lake. The path to the lake was an easy walk. The location of the house was great.. secluded yet close to town.

This home is perfect for a family vacation! There is a wonderful covered back deck, large and nicely furnished, with a partial lakeview and plenty of trees and privacy. And the lake is just a short walk away! After following the path through the woods, you reach a rock point with a perfect family set up for swimming. One side of the point is a smooth rock bottom, shallow and clear; the other is a cliff suitable and safe for diving. The house is very nicely furnished, and the host has provided so many thoughtful amenities for guests... a FULLY stocked kitchen, Keurig and pods, toiletries, and life jackets in every size! The hostess was so helpful with questions and instructions. We had a wonderful time there, and I'm sure we'll be back!

This was my second trip to this property. The first time I went with family for a holiday. This time was a trip with girlfriends. The second time was just as magical. The location, views and amenities are all incredible. You are close to stores and restaurants, but it feels secluded and peaceful when you're there. The deck that runs across the entire back side of the house is the best feature. We had a hard time leaving those deck chairs overlooking the lake. The hosts are also truly excellent! Thanks again. I'll be back.

We had an amazing time. The property was the perfect fit for our family. Our teenagers really enjoyed the point. Their favorite part was cliff jumping. They met some local teens and they had a blast. We spent a ton of time out at the point just floating in the water and listening to music. Some days we were the only people out there. The house was so well stocked and so clean. We grilled out and enjoyed the deck in the evening along with the beautiful view. We will rebook this house. We really had a great time. I recommend eating at the Red Apple Inn. They have a great menu and our meal was delicious. Owners are so nice and answered all of our questions.

We brought the boat and went tubing and explored the lake almost daily and it was the best time! The house is spacious, clean and comfortable and the host was gracious and communicative, answered all of our questions in a timely manner! Be sure to climb BOTH Sugar Loaf Mountains in the area, especially on the island on the north side of the Lake. Ten out of ten would recommend this house for future vacations!

Absolutely loved the location. Very quiet, peaceful & relaxing. The view of the lake was perfect and the walk to the cliffs weren’t so bad. The host were amazing when needing to communicate and gave clear instructions on how to get in and things required when leaving the property. The home had lots of the necessities that would had been bought at almost any other rented locations. If I were to give one piece of advise it would be please change out the master bed or mattress set. Overall very happy with this stay.

This rental home is at the great location. My family spent 7 days here and we had a blast. This was our first time visiting Arkansas. My teenage age boys loved swimming and snorkeling in the lake. The lake really is amazingly clean and the water was not cold for swimming. The access to the lake is as described. We brought our own inflatable floating devices and we had a wonderful time exploring around the lake.
The house had everything as described. The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils and gadgets if one is inclined to stay in and prepare their own food. Walmart and fast food restaurants are just 2-3 minutes drive from the property.
We visited Bridal Veil Falls, Sugarloaf Mountain Trail, and Collins Creek Trail, which were all a short distance drive from the property. This is a great place to unplug form the busy lives and really enjoy the nature and spend quality time with family.
There was no WiFi at the house and the reception on our phones was not as good at this location, in case this is a requirement for any future renters. We were fine with the setup and it actually worked out better for us that way.
My only suggestion to Katherine and John (who were wonderful and very responsive hosts) is to invest in the better mattress and pillows in the main bedroom, and possibly some light curtains.
My family and I would wholeheartedly come back and rent this place again.

Best rental experience and great location
We rent a lot through VRBO, and this was hands down the best stocked property we've ever rented. They had everything - and then some.
The best features of this property are the location/view of the lake and the glass doors across the back of the house that allow you to be inside and outside (on the deck that runs the full length of the house) at the same time.
There are 3 marinas that are 5-15 minutes away if you want to rent a boat, and the property has lake access that was perfect for our kayaks. We even managed to find a small cave to explore in the rock formation next to their little inlet.
We loved everything about this property, and the hosts are absolutely amazing! They were easy to reach and made sure we had a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back again.

Spectacular LaKe Estate
What an amazing property!! Located in the town of Heber Springs, yet directly on the lake. Walk out the back door to a fantastic swimming area. Only a five minute drive to boat launching access at Dam Site Park. Also very close to the Little Red River for those who seek trout fishing. Hiking trails are close by for those adventurers. Multiple restaurants within a 5-15 minute drive distance. Perfect place to vacation.
