Perfect getaway apartment for a couple or small family to exploring historic Hereford

Great location close to the centre and just a minute from the Old black and white house. Great self-catering facilities, although we didn't use more than the tea and coffee making. Mostly quiet with very little noise from people outside.

Small issue but no frosting on bathroom window during our visit, so the blind needed to be pulled every time we were in there. Only one toilet roll (easy fix). Church bells did disturb very slightly on the first night.

We enjoyed our time in Hereford.

Modern, good location. Clean and well renovated property.

The bed was uncomfortable and noisy (broken spring?), uncomfortable pillows. Towel radiator not working. No welcome information pack as promised. It would have been nice with a coffeemachine with pods instead of instant coffee.

Home from home

Excellent location, great rooms, facilities were good. We liked the lighting in which we could use low-level lighting with lamps rarther than just the big lights. We liked that it had double glazing, so it made it warmer and quieter. It's very modern and still has character, too. We also liked that you gave us some tea and coffee supplies.

We did not like that we only had 1 key, so we had to come back together unleas we left the apartment door unlocked. There was no welcome pack as stated on the wall because we did not know how to use the facilities or where things were kept without looking through the apartment. We tried to contact the property many times with the number given, but nobody called back even after leaving a Message. Very poor communications. We did not like how the door wouldn't shut without having to slam it to make sure it would shut properly. We initially did not know how to get the heating working. We also had to search the apartment for the iron and board. We would have liked a bigger TV for the lounge and small tvs for the bedrooms, too.

Great Central location. Tastefully renovated.

Brilliant location, 3 minutes walk to the cathedral one way and town centre the other. Spotlessly clean, beautiful exposed brick and beams yet ultra modern appliences, etc. Very clever use of space. Comfortable lounge area and great smart TV. Fans provided on mezzanine and in living room plus individually controlled electric radiators on all levels. We used Garrick Street car park which was about 5 minutes walk away and £8 per 24 hours.

Spiral staircase is extremely narrow and head room to far side of beds non existent due to sloping ceiling.

Very enjoyable 2 night stay in well equipped apartment. Recommended!

Good location. Able to find free on street parking for the evening after 6pm and before 8am. Very well equipped apartment in a great central location.

Very hot on the mezzanine level. Definitely needed the supplied fans. That’s a feature of the design of the apartment though. Apart from that, absolutely nothing negative to say.

Wonderful, we loved it

Location of this flat is just fantastic. It is right in the city centre, so you can just go along a passage and then stroll around lovely pedestrian streets straight from the door. There is a brilliant M & S Food moments away, plus a huge lovely fruit stall on the market square. It's a lovely base to come home to after the day out exploring. We sat at the table by the window sipping tea after our evening meal and listening to the city's church bells ringing... Also one evening, some nice live music wafting in from a local venue, and we enjoyed that too! Communication with the host was brilliant. eg when I rang to check something about the kitchen Katey was super helpful. When we arrived everything in the flat was beautiful, newly fitted, and super clean. It is a lovely place.

It was quite warm weather, and it was quite hot at nights in the mezzanine sleeping area. We opened the lovely windows wide and a little breeze came in which helped but it was still a bit warm. Inevitable in summer, under the rafters I guess. That's all! Everything else fantastic.

We didn’t get much sleep.

Very clean, good location.

Very very hot on the sleeping mezzanine, even when it wasn’t that hot outside. Really bad beds/mattresses. The slamming of the front door was unbelievable - it is very loud and makes the whole building shake, impossible to sleep through. Perhaps a sign asking people to close the door quietly would help…

Fantastic central location and Fabulous Apartment

The central location of the apartment was great, close to everything, apartment was really clean and well equipped, really great accommodation, couldn't fault it.

The only down side was nothing to do with the apartment it was the sound of the bells tolling from nearby church which rang every 15 minutes throughout the night, if you are a light sleeper take ear plugs as even with the windows closed you can still hear them.

Great experience!

Spacious apartment for ourselves. Many facilities available. Very clean. Host was kind and helpful. Perfect city centre location.

Lovely visit

Lovely modern industrial apartment. Great shower, comfy furniture and beds. Really lovely to have tea and coffee available on arrival and to find some sachets of milk in the fridge. Place to hang up clothes was good as we had suits and dresses. Staff were friendly and informative. Fans for each room was a bonus too. Incredible location, very central to Hereford. A great find and amazing value for money to have a fully fitted kitchen for up to 4 people.

It was tough to find! It seems some of the locations on Google maps are not correct so we went round in circles a few times. I am disabled so needed to be dropped off before finding somewhere to park, but the instructions given were via walking so was a bit stressful but we got there eventually. There were a couple of dirty utensils that needed cleaning before use, however everything else was clean. Lack of parking is definitely a negative, but this seems to be an issue all around Hereford unfortunately. Spiral staircase felt a bit rickety. Was fully prepared for it but it was a lot narrower than expected and pretty difficult to get a suitcase up there. Certainly wouldn't ask for coffee in bed!

Couldn't get WiFi are TV wasn't working properly did phone about WiFi and TV but no body came I didn't realize there was stairs had 2 with disability but that's not your fault that's. me

Property was clean and well maintained with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable

Location as it was close to shops and attractions. It was also within walking distance to the rail station.

There was no parking at the property and had to be out of the apartment before 8 to move the car or feed the meter and parking was quite expensive.

Simply excellent

The apartment is very tastefully decorated with everything you could need. Great location right in the centre of Hereford close to shops, bars and restaurants.

In no way was the the fault of the hosts or the accomodation but the cathedral bells chime through the night. Wouldn't stop me going again but I'd take earplugs to guarantee a good sleep.

fantastic stay nice to chill and to walk around the town centre on the door step.

this apartment was not practical for us so we phoned the client, top marks to the client they moved us next door we’re the bed rooms were on the same level and with wardrobes.
