Clean, comfortable, well presented and easy access

The location was really accessible and close to local amenities. The place was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a couple of days stay.

Enjoyed our visit and would stay again.

Very clean, modern. Well equipped. Very helpful host when we had a query.

Need second bedside lamp in main bedroom. Small freezer compartment would be useful for cold blocks and ice cubes.

Exceptional

Great communication right from the beginning to the end with clear instructions on location and check in. Easy to find and the parking onsite was a bonus. We could walk to town in 10 mins. The house was comfortable, quiet, modern, spotless and roomy.

Overall we loved the place but we would have liked some basic things like aluminum foil etc provided in pantry for placing food on in the oven.

Clean, modern, centrally located with excellent host

Max was a fantastic host, very prompt response to messages and very helpful. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and exceeded expectations. Centrally located but quietly situated we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Highly recommend

The properties location was spot on, town was a short walk away. I especially liked that we had parking! as I have previously stayed in properties in Hereford and they haven’t been able to provide parking near the property. The host was very helpful with directions to get the the property and was prompt with reply’s to any questions I had. We were very happy with how clean and well presented the property was, we would definitely stay again.

Lovely place and great host

I loved the cleanliness and homely feel to the place . It was perfectly located and I went with the family and we loved it . Great host with really clear info on checking in etc .

Great find.

Great host, very accommodating and informative, non- intrusive. Kitchen was not cluttered..

The shared gravel driveway could be a little noisy for some people but it was not a problem for us.

We visited Hereford for a few days of the Three Choirs Festival and found this an ideal place.

Very convenient for walking into the city centre. The host was extremely helpful in resolving an issue on arrival.

A freezer compartment in the fridge would have been useful.

Hereford as it should be visited.

Really great value, lovely well presented new-build bungalow in a quiet location near to the centre of Hereford. The owner was exceptionally helpful and attentive but never seen. Perfect in every way and we will be doing this again.

Home away from home 🖤

I loved all of the little touches - colour coded accessories, toiletries & towels provided, milk & cookies were a godsend after a long journey! We had everything we needed & as 2 separate couples staying, we both felt at home. It's a lovely little place.

The area around the bin on the cupboard hadn't been cleaned, it was pretty grubby with liquid spillages so we had to clean this up before we were happy to carry on but it's a minor issue & easily fixed.

We were very happy with the property and it contributed to an excellent short break.

The property was in pristine condition and seemed pretty new. Decor was tasteful and comfortable. 10 mins walk from the centre of Hereford. It had everything that we wanted. Milk was left for us in the fridge on arrival - good.

The only thing which we were unhappy about was the fact that the shower screen was fixed to the bath and couldn't be pushed aside to use the bath. It was difficult to run a bath leaning round it.
