You charge the cleaning fee explicitly in the bill, which I find greedy. Also, my employer does not refund me the cleaning fee, so I will not be able to stay at your facilities anymore in my trips to Brussels (otherwise I will have to pay 60 EUR from my own pocket). Plus, nobody came to clean my apartment when I was there, so this fee of minimum maintenance should be totally on you. The shower did not work properly, it was too little the water to have a comfortable shower. When it worked, it would sink all throughout the bathroom because the shower is not well built, it does not prevent the water from sinking all the floow of the bathroom.

I used to live in the neighbourhood, so I feel I'm back 'home' whenever I stay here. The apartment was spotlessly clean, fresh, spacious, modern, and there were plenty towels and kitchen facilities, for catering at home. The staff/customer care is very good at ensuring a pleasant stay.

There was a malfunction with the digital key on the main apartment door, which caused some stress for a few hours, but Sweet Inn made every effort to rectifiy the situation.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment in sehr guter Lage im EU-Viertel. Es fehlte an nichts, sogar Nespresso-Maschine mit bereitgestellten Kapseln, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen vorhanden. Sehr sauber, zwei Bäder und sehr bequemes Bett. Dazu unten im Haus einen Carrefour-Supermarkt. Da ich sehr spät an- und früh abgereist bin, kam mir der unkomplizierte elektronische Zugang sehr gelegen.

Proximity to public transportation, sights, and restaurants. It was clean and the host thought of every detail. Well fitted kitchen with all necessary dish ware and utensils.

The location is good, especially for those that need to go to one of the EU institutions. There's plenty of restaurants around, the area is green (parks literally around the corner) and pretty silent.

One thing that was really a disaster was the data theft (although I have informed Sweet Inn about that, their reaction was slow, which in such cases could become useless). This was my 3rd stay with Sweet Inn, but the first time in a smaller apartment (1st floor) that was placed right above the Carrefour Express. This came along with noise (very early in the morning) and all sorts of smells. I had to ask for shower gel, and two cups of tea (they only provided small-sized espresso cups), things that were supposed to be already in place. Last but not least, each interaction with any of Sweet Inn staffers means a different decision. For instance, I had to take a late checkout. One person said the price is 47 euro, but when someone else came with the POS he wanted to charge me 70 euro for the same length of time. I would not even mention the attitude that has nothing to do with client service.

Apartamento cómodo y muy limpio. Cocina completa. La ubicación muy buena, cerca del metro, y con un super debajo de la casa, además de varios restaurantes en la zona.

El sofa cama deberían cambiarlo. Colchón incómodo. La manpara de la ducha seria mejor cerrada, se escapa el agua.

Everything was perfect

It would be very nice to have some coffee capsules, since there was a coffee machine. But this is an extra that does not affect the perfect stay at the "Sweet Inn"

Broken lift made us very inconvenient to go to the laundry room. Also, there aren't anyone teaching how to use the washing machine and it isn't in English which forced us to use it by guessing its function.

Nice neighbourhood.

There was something leaking from our ceiling on the 1st day next to electrical systems and electronic devices. We contacted the apartment and they "fixed" it. On the 2nd day there was leaking from another spot and then they came again to fix it. The man in charge stepped on the sofa to check something WITH HIS SHOES and then they told us that they did not know where the leaking was coming from. They did not offer us another place to stay or did not say anything about refund. We paid a great amount of money for something that was really bad

Close to Schuman building, Carrefour Express near the apartment, good restaurants close. Nice apartment.

Even if it was a nice apartment, the 500€ deposit it’s not justified. There is nothing worth it 500€ inside. The furniture is minimal. They didn’t clean the apartment in 7 nights. We asked for extra amenities and coffee and to change the towels. So much noise from another apartments, there is no air condition which was actually needed and there was a homeless person sleeping inside the building at some point.

This is one of these apartment hotels where you let yourself in and out with codes and never meet any staff. I like the privacy of it. The apartment was small, convenient and really clean, also a little basic. It placed in easy walking distance from the main EU buildings and if you add a rental scooter or bicycle to your repertoire, you can really cover all of Bruxelles from here. These a wide choice of small and good restaurants just around the corner, a small supermarket as well as a hairdresser and nail salon. It really worked.

I missed a lamp at the bed for reading in the evening and generally the light wasn’t good. The door between the entrance and the main room had been removed - probably to create move space, but that meant that noise from the corridor was quite loud.

Clean, well located, big enough

The main issue was entering the property. An access code was given for the exterior door but no access code was given for the apartment door. It look over an hour and several attempts to contact support before I was provided a code for the apartment door. This is a pretty basic thing to provide and it was quite unsatisfactory to have this hassle to enter the apartment. It affected badly an otherwise quite satisfactory experience

We had issues with the door code, it would not lock/unlock the door, and it took an hour for the issue to be fixed.
