Exceptional

Very nice apartment. Nice and pleasant. A small and pleasant yard with a sitting area and lots of plants. The kitchen is equipped with everything a home needs and even food products. The shower is large with good water flow. The rooms are nicely decorated. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed it very much.

Ideal overnight accommodation for a nearby wedding. Very comfy beds.

The property was ideal for overnight accommodation for a wedding at nearby East Riddlesden Hall. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was amazing. Lovely little garden area to sit and enjoy an evening drink and/or morning coffee or a bit of Al fresco dining.

Would benefit from a little TLC in places and updating generally, but was perfectly adequate for what we needed and very clean 😊

An ideal holiday home for anyone with dogs

This property is ideal if you are travelling with dogs. On top of having a back garden that was great for the dogs to stretch their legs, there were extra dog bowls, blankets and a lead provided which was unexpected - and very useful. The owner is lovely and very easy to reach. Checking in was a breeze using the key lock by the inside door. The property is also very comfortable and spacious with a large bathroom and beautiful views on the Yorkshire hills from the garden.

The fencing around the garden is quite low in places which meant that we had to keep an eye on the dogs every time they were out as they could easily have jumped it if they wanted to.

Excellent stay

Loved the quick response from the hosts, the cleanliness, the decor and facilities. All top notch. Tea and coffee and breakfast supplied too, all wonderful.

Info about where to eat would be helpful, as we struggled to find a place to eat that was affordable and fit all our interests until we found a brewers fayre 20 mins away. That was all, everyone was happy and everything was perfect

We have just stayed here as we was attending a wedding, family of four and two dogs. Great location, lovely house and garden. Very accommodating with the amenities for us and the dogs. Bed was so comfy. The stay was worth every penny, if I'm ever out that way again, I will definitely look to book here.

Perfect base for a family visit to Haworth

Very reasonable cost for a family and close to the main attractions in the area. Lots of thought had gone into little extras which can be a lifesaver ( well stocked cupboards - can’t think of a single thing you could want for!). Fresh flowers on arrival ) as well as some essential supplies) and a nice plant make the place look homely and welcoming. Very comfortable beds and high quality linen. Beautiful garden. Smiley friendly owner on departure - thank you for a lovely break!

Would stay again if in the area

pleasant and cosy home with accommodating host. Fresh smelling linen and towels with a powerful warm shower. Light and airy feel to the property with comfortable beds for a good night sleep.

A gem of a base and we will return whenever we need to travel up north

The house was warm, clean and welcoming offering everything you could need. Our dog’s were made welcome with lots of equipment if you needed it

Well equipped, spotless and very comfy

The bed was so comfy and the bedding was lovely. The whole house was spotless and well equipped and the shower was very nice - we left feeling really refreshed after a good sleep and shower. Would definitely return.

Spotlessly clean and super cosy. Beds are wonderful and almost hug you to sleep. Great communication from host and everything we needed. Tip ...... When looking for cutlery it's in a secret drawer inside the top drawer to the right of the sink 😊

Being able to rest overnight in a homely surroundings and in comfort made our day trip a success.

We enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort. Well supplied kitchen and bathroom. Feeling of well cared home with comfortable rooms and nice garden. Friendly and helpful messages from the host.

I can't fault the property after just one night. Perhaps if we stayed longer I could think of something... We were mostly very pleased.
