The hotel is a short distance from Keighley town centre in a quiet area, easy to get to but close enough so that the station is just a fiver taxi ride. The room was spacious compared to other budget hotels with a good bathroom with ordinary plumbing and usable bog roll; not a dangerously thin and narrow offering. The beds were very comfortable, also plenty of Yorkshire tea with proper mugs and kettle. Generous breakfast served by friendly host.
The small bathroom window is fixed in a partly open position which made the bathroom cold. I know this is necessary in an old building but not much fun on a cold morning. My missus moaned about the bathroom floor being grubby ( she would ) and the rubber shower matt thing needs incinerating for public heath reasons; the rest of the room was spotless apart from this. An added bonus is getting to do the ooh ahh ow oo dance in the fluctuating temperature shower.

Very clean and tidy nice and warm food for breakfast was very very good fresh and hot
Parking was a bit hit and miss with dog poo around the car park

Comfortable with good facilities, unusually for hotels there was plenty of milk with the tea/coffee in the room.
Being on the top floor the water pressure for the shower was a little weak but still effective

The staff. Good response for any problems
A small double bed in a quote (deluxe bedroom.) The sink was blocked, the shower was awful. A tiny bed and a noisy rd. Fawlty Towers springs to mind without Basil.
