Great location with beautiful view but very tiny and had issues with Vacasa.

Location. View. Walking distance to shops & restaurants. Easy beach access. Condo nicely furnished. Bed was comfortable. Had a nice pool, although we didn’t use it. Liked that even though it was before check in time we had access to the beach.

Confusing to find way in to property. Didn’t show our unit number on sign. Gate code didn’t work in 2 gates I tried. My reservation kept saying I had Sea Side Villa II but parking pass said Villa I. Had to go back to rental office for directions. Didn’t use dishwasher til final day and went out to eat. Came home to water all over the floor. Bedroom is very cramped. Unit was small but ok for 2 but if you had 4 people would have e been really tight. Not much storage. Could never get cold water. Had to be a genius to figure out living room TV. But the real bummer was upon arrival there was no door knob on entry door. Could see right through the hole. Could not believe the cleaning people would leave it that way. Found door knob sitting on kitchen table. When I called the office they said they would get maintenance there the NEXT day. I told them that was totally unacceptable. We wanted to go pot to eat. Didn’t have much of a caring attitude. Called the manager’s name on the sheet and he got someone out in a half an hour who was pleasant and repaired it quickly. I

Great location!

Location was great. Wasn't too bad picking up the information packet from Vacasa, and the staff was as helpful as they could be.

We were given the wrong gate code, so it took us a while to get into the complex. That was frustrating. Once we found our condo, the keys that were given to us were not to that lock at all. They wouldn't even go in. Fortunately, the code worked to the door. However, one of us had to pull the door up while the other one did the code to lock, or it wouldn't lock. Also frustrating.

We enjoyed the place, nice and quiet, pretty surroundings

Perfect size for 2 people

Tv difficult to figure out, coffee pot very old and no filters.

Clean but a few things made our stay as expected

Good location, easy access to beach, clean.

Wifi was awful, property pool closes at sunset. The beach is accessible later than the pool…. So not being able to access a pool after 8pm was a little crazy to me. Was not giving correct gate code for the second half of the trip because it changed in the middle of our stay and had difficulty get a hold of anyone. Had to wait for someone else coming in to help us. Unit was advised to have a king bed and it absolutely does not.

Assistenza e chiarezza nelle informazioni. Assenza di contatto diretto ( il covid non esiste più…) Appartamento minuscolo e letti singoli scomodissimi. Pulizia migliorabile

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!

The balcony view. That's literally it.

Terrible customer service. Told the staff day 1 our room wasn't clean, tv in living room didn't work, place was super small. They gave us this number to call about potentially switching rooms or a refund. They never returned a call after we called over 6 times with a voice-mail message each call. Never really complain much. This is however the worst place we have ever stayed in all our trips. Absolutely wouldn't recommend to anyone!!

Great location

The access to beach was great and the best part of location

I was given a gate fob and the gate stayed open the whole time I was there. It never closed once so the gate fob was useless. And my door to room was standing wide open when we arrived

perfect for relaxation, golf, biking and beach walks

Location is great, able to walk to Coligny plaza- lots of great restaurants to choose from and local shops, and just a short drive to golf courses.

the only thing was the pool was colder than the ocean - a shock to the system!

Beachfront. Beach chairs were available. Full kitchen setup.

Instructions to pick up after hours was clear. The lock box was easy to locate. The pick up location was close to the property.

The instructions to enter the property was not clear. The gate didn’t accept the beach code. There was no handle to turn and reset. The instructions need to be updated with the new system i.e. using the fob and not the code to enter the gate.

Location was perfect within walking distance of everything.

The shower head needs to be replaced. It was like showering under a water hose with a single stream of water. Couldn’t use tub to bath kids wouldn’t hold water. Bed was 2 twin mattresses that kept sliding apart therefore one of us ended up in a hole each night then we’d have to get up readjust to go back to sleep

Superb

Small but efficient kitchen with all needed for cooking. Wifi provided and Roku for Tv. Beach chairs and bathroom linens provided for all guests. Beds were made with fresh linens and spares if needed.

Older unit age showed in bathroom and shower head leaked and was not the best. Bunk beds were not twin sizes so not best spot for an adult. Bedroom is small and has an angle which made getting around the king bed a little tight.

Closeness to beach and nearby Coligny park

Elevator VERY SLOW. Sofa, when sitting on laying you can feel every hard spring or whatever it is. Also very dirty under and behind sofa. Needs a bit updating. Was very disappointed with sofa beings I had just had hip surgery and had to sleep on the sofa. Also the ocean view wasn't so good from that unit as it is furthest from ocean

I didn’t have a breakfast did know we could have breakfast there

Well I wish the room was more updated and bigger and i wish it would have been beach front
