We got value for money and the stay was very nice.

The location is convenient for eating, shopping and just about everything else. Security was very evident on the property and the staff were always courteous and pleasant.

We missed the Tiki Bar due to work going on to update it.

Excellent hotel and location...

The staff is phenomenal! As a previous front office manager for a 4 and 5 star hotel brand, all of the staff you encountered were so helpful and pleasant. It was refreshing to se and be a part of.

Well, the prices in the restaurant were relatively high, but that was everywhere we went to rest outside of the hotel, and the selection was not alot.

Location and staff are excellent but facility needs some help

The staff are so kind and friendly and the location can’t be beat. Walkable and right on the beach with easy access and lounge chairs to use. The beds were clean and comfortable

The facility is a bit run down and smells a little spunky. The air conditioning wasn’t powerful enough for our liking. Our door had a sizable gap at the top corner and the bathroom door got stuck and trapped us in twice!

Very convenient to get to beautiful beautiful area. We live in Bluffton, but we spent our time in Hilton Head.

We could not use the pool, because was being renovated and the tiki bar, but other than that, it was fine

The Beach House in Hilton Head NEVER AGAIN

Location to beach

Room was no where close to being worth what we paid. The entire room and bathroom could use complete renovations. Shower was a fight to start it. The entire place could have been cleaned better. Could've used a microwave, had to dump leftover food, which was a waste, I get they want you to buy there food and drink, but still, would be nice to heat leftovers conveniently. Some of the wait staff was downright rude. The tiki bar would have been nicer, except for cigarette smoke surrounding it. There were millions if ants around the pool, which made it uncomfortable to be around.

Would never stay here again

Our room was right behind tiki hut and we had to listen to loud music until 10:00 pm every night. They even had it coming out some vent in bathroom. We were not informed of this prior to booking. There was rust on the shower. The shower head was awful. I couldn’t hardly rinse my hair and it is short. The ceiling light must have a short in it because it kept coming on by itself. I had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. The hallway smelled bad. The balcony is only one foot wide. I was charged way too much with all of these issues!

The location was amazing. The pool facility was relaxing and nice

The bathroom / rooms were slightly dirty. The front desk staff was just ok. Nothing too welcoming or above and beyond

Great Location!!!!!

Beach was very nice but very crowded. Room was very nice. Would have loved to have a microwave in the room. Location was great walking distance to a lot of restaurants.

the rooms are beautiful

it is very crowded, the pool, the bar, and especially the beach. the beach was ridiculous, from the write up I thought it was a private beach it definitely is not there are tents, chairs and umbrellas 4 and 5 rows deep hard to even get to the water very disappointing couldn’t wait to get out of there

Great stay for a wedding and couldn't beat the price for right on the beach.

Property was right on the beach with restaurant and bar. Location was great and we were close to everything we needed. We were traveling for a wedding and had a great couple of days at this property. Bed was very comfortable and room was large. We really liked that the parking lot had an attendant throughout the day. Overall, the property was a great price for the location and great for what we needed.
