A lovely relaxing winter getaway for the family.

The location was beautiful. We had visitors from New Zealand who wanted a sense of Canada in winter, and this was a beautiful reflection of it. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for a family. The common areas were welcoming and the dining area was well stocked with cutlery and plates.

Access to a kitchen to prep meals would make this even more attractive to families. But overall hardly anything we didn’t like.

the location, view, quietness and Wifi are all good. the microwave and coffee machine in room gives convenience.

it could be better to provide slipper in room.

Beautiful Peaceful Place To Get Away From It All And Enjoy What Life Is Supposed To Be Like.

The Room was a great comfortable size. The bed was very comfortable pillows could use some work but overall fantastic. Location was beautiful nice quiet loved the surroundings.

Great Location on the Lake, wonderful little Beach, nice garden, great to get to use the boats and stand up paddeling stuff. Great common areas. Highly recommended for families.

Bathroom small and somewhat dated, bed too soft for our taste, couldn't open windows.

This place is now on my list “to come again” :)

Very quit clean and cozy place. Each window had an amazing view. Kind and helpful personal. Especially we loved the beach and kayaking.

I don’t really like using AC especially in such a beautiful place surrounded by the trees and lake, but one of the windows was not opening :( Maybe due to the safety reasons. All the rest was perfect:)

Would definitely stay again.

Private, quiet, blackout blinds, fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee pot or individual cup, lakeside to enjoy a beverage, newly renovated. comfortable bed. Would stay again for longer stay to enjoy surroundings. All the necessary items for your stay. Very close to town. Pleasant greeting with full review of amentities and use of Fob for access.

Only stayed one night and didn't have time fully enjoy amentities and may be why I perceive it to be a bit pricy for a one night stay. An overhead ceiling fan or fan in the room would be a nice touch to feel like I was at home and for white noise option.

A wonderful place to stay.

The location was excellent and room and beds were awesome! Fairy Lake is beautiful and kayaks provided were wonderful for touring around lake.

Just incredible, wonderful location.

Absolutely everything, what a gorgeous place to stay. Amazing room, incredibly clean throughout. Use of the Kayaks and Canoe was wonderful, the location is spectacular.

The location and the room were amazing. Such a nice view, and also a smart TV that made thr stay so enjoyable. The staff were nice and helpful. The shared kitchen was a nice help.

Superb

The purpose of our trip was to do some cross country skiing. The location was great for both Arrowhead and Algonquin. The room was very clean, bed comfortable and accommodation was very quiet. There was no breakfast served but a tray was left in our room with muffins, cookies, granola bars and fruit. Coffee and tea were available in a common area. We would definitely stay here again.

the view the staff was helpful on arrival.

wrong room avail. so we were provided with cot. (the room was booked on line third party) Breakfast not included and we were not told that. I would like a copy of my receipt sent to my email also notice the outlet near the floor facing the lake seems to have something stuck in it. We noticed this when charging our cell phone Thank you

A beautiful place with cozy rooms, but not worth the money.

The location is great, you can easily go for day trips to Algonquin Park and it is just a short drive to Huntsville. Our room was spacious and clean.

- This was the most impersonal stay we had so far. Basically, no one was around for our entire stay. When we arrived, there was only a short letter with the keys for our room. No information on how to check out. - The breakfast was disappointing, self-service and we had to figure out where to find plates, cutlery, juices, and how to use the coffee machine. On the first day, there were frozen waffles to heat up, but no other warm food. On the following days, only continental breakfast without refill. There was not even butter on the first day. For the price we would have excepted more than two sorts of super market muffins and toast bought from the next store. - You have to shower in a bathtub without shower curtain or similar. - The door to our room was somehow warped and therefore super hard to open and close. - There was no room service even though we signaled it.

Location was nice. Room was large. Bed was comfortable and linens nice.

No coffee maker in the room despite a full kitchen. Power blinds were missing batteries and therefore could not be closed. Fridge was loud to the point where the bedroom door has to be closed to sleep. Many unfinished trim pieces in the room. At this pricepoint the missed details stand out.

Look elsewhere.

Scenery and proximity to Algonquin Provincial Park. Large TV. Spacious room.

Walls and door have no sound-proofing. All conversations in the next room and the common area are heard loudly. The same scrambled eggs and French toast appeared every morning. Expiration date on the orange juice was 2 months ago. When another couple and we were the only ones staying one night, there was no hot breakfast the following morning. There was no staff in the building except for a young lady who prepared breakfast for a couple of hours. We were given telephone numbers to call, but we could only leave messages. We had booked for six nights, but we left after four nights. We requested a refund for the night when we were kept awake until 1:30 AM by a loud family in the next room, but we received no response.
