Enjoyed the stay and tried all the facilities and activities

Loved how all the activities were part of the cottage booking so we can experience all of it in one place. It was also super nice to try out new water activities that we normally wouldn’t do. The beach was also much less crowded because it was for the blue acres guests only.

There was many ants in the room, especially at night. They would be all over the place and walls which inconvenient.

It was OK for couple of days

We liked the property and the surrounding areas

The staff could have been more helpful and polite and the cabins bathroom was very small especially the sink in the corner was very tight it also the bathroom floor wasn't that clean 🤔

Resort is great but cottage we stayed at need renovations.

The property outside is great and well maintained. There are lots of activities. Great location close to Huntsville. Management was great and responsive.

Cottage we stayed at was incredibly run down and it’s in a serious need of renovations. Everting in tho cottage was old and run down. Tile broken in the bathroom, old musty beds. Not 3 stars. I would come back to a renovated cottage but definitely not to this one. There are timeshare cottages there that look great.

We will come back on summer season with our family.

The location is good and the view is beautiful. Outdoor activities are close by with a short driving.

Not enough bathroom for a group of four whom are not a family. Geese poo are found around the house.

Exceptional

Excellent location, just 20mins to Algonquin Park. Very well maintained cottage. Good service and amenities in the cottage. Family friendly and definitely kid friendly.

Great value and location!

Ability to use amenities like games room, wimming pool, hot tub, etc. Quaint waterfront cottage!

Still a nice place to go back to

This is our second time and overall it is a good resort that we'll keep coming back to. There's space to play badminton, soccer, tennis and then the water activities like kayak, canoe, paddle board and pedal boat. There was ping pong & billiards in the rec room that we enjoyed too. The location is near the Oxtongue Falls-Ragged Falls that we love going back to also.

We rented the traditional cottages and while they are ok, it could be a little better. The doors were a struggle to open so were the kitchen drawers. The toilet seat was unstable. The bed was sqeaking so it's hard to change position.

Very cozy winter getaway with plenty of amenities to keep you active and comfortable as desired.

We were worried that showing up late would limit our ability to grab firewood for our first night but were happy to arrive to a fully furnished cabin with logs ready to light! They keys were waiting for us on the bulletin board which was nice, given that we stopped in for dinner prior. Cottage was cozy, the pool and sauna were wonderful. Views of the lake and surrounding premises were nice. We enjoyed the skating/ tubing.

Check-out was a bit early, we felt like we had just arrived by the time we left as we didn't have time to prepare a Sunday morning breakfast.

Very good

Cottage was cozy and warm. Excellent stock of dishes and new pots/pans. Very clean cottage. Fireplace was a nice addition.

Could have used a few extra blankets for the beds. Front door would freeze closed overnight due to condensation build up. Needs to have better weather proofing for winter.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was functional. Good value for the price but sacrificed on items. Enjoyed having WIFI. Lots of activities available. Location was great, easy access to a number of area destinations. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

As stated above, good value for the price but cottage we stayed in the kitchen was small and not a lot of space to move about. Bathroom was sufficient but dated. Likewise, cooking items in the kitchen were sufficient but could be updated.

Beautiful Location, Nice Amenities

We loved our two-bedroom cottage. It was well-appointed and we were very lucky the weather stayed so warm and the fall colour stayed so long. Very comfortable. Canoeing on the lake was amazing.

With the check-in time at 4pm and check out by 10 am. A 2-night stay only really gave us one day to enjoy the resort and amenities. It was pretty expensive considering.
