The B&B is just perfect, and worth the price! The room is very cozy looks pretty and comfortable. We woke without pain in our back , so the bed is also good. The whole appartmant is nice, the kitchen is small and very cute. The breakfast is also good ,a lot of things you can choose, salty and dolci ,too. Everything set for you. The shower is funny a bit its in the middle of our room but we were just laughing on it. :) The place is very in the center and 10min walk from Piazza Maggiore, thats why it called" maggiore ". The welcome was very warm, the owner is very very nice, he is so nice that he help us to carry our bags to the car(2 street more from the place..)! He is very open minded and friendly.He told us some old stories about the location and the apartman.

Everything was perfect, the place was very nice and clean, its close to the city center Overall it was a really great experience, we recommend it

Driss is a very nice person that received us like family. He was giving us advicing of how to get there and some indications to leave the car near the B&B. The B&B is located very closed to the city center and it's a good place to stay if you want to visit Bologna. The breakfast was wonderful and the staying too.

The host was very friendly and generous. The room was very comfortable and situated in the beautiful old city in Bologna’s centre. The bed was clean and comfy. Super relaxing 👍👍

The room was very cosy, clean and comfortable. Self service breakfast included in the price was delicious, especially italian coffee :) Perfect location very close to the main square. And the host was really amazing! Even though we checked in late he welcomed us, every day he was making sure if we need anything. The last day we could leave our luggage after checking out for the rest of the day and refresh at the bathroom just before leaving. The last advantage were two adorable dogs living in the owner's apartment:)

Clean, cozy, well designed, healthy breakfast, and good location for anyone interested in good food at a fair price. Walking distance to anything you want to visit.

Location was great in Bologna city centre. Person responsible was very helpful. Vast selection of breakfast.

When we arrived we didnt know which door to knock as there was no sign of the hotel name. Also AC was not working.

the set up of the rooms

The room was large and the bathroom was great. Plenty of room for luggage for 2 people and 4 days. However, the room is loud due to location in the city and the proximity of the room to the breakfast room. Excellent wifi. Convenient to many places in the center of the city. The breakfast was minimal, especially given the excellent food in Bologna. All items were prepackaged except for small bowl of fruit.

Expected a better breakfast. There is no lift, so expect to drag suitcases up to second floor.

The location was ok especially for the evening to go out for dinner as very close to main area. Room and bed was comfy. Shower is in the bedroom, it was a bit funny as you don't have privacy if you want it, but at least it had good power.

Breakfast could be much better - the least to expect is to have fresh bread and not pre packed and some was going bad already. Breakfast room is too small to turn around - if others where there we had to wait for them to finish. When we arrived the room was not ready as they had a previous customer who damaged some things. Owner apologised and everything but still we were a bit set back for our first impression. If you're planning to use the train more than once keep in mind you have circa 30mins of walking to arrive there. The room was clean but the kitchen area was not cleaned everyday during our stay.
