The outdoor pool was so warm you felt like your in a spring somewhere with all the steam . Loved it.

Communication with the host was amazing from the minute we booked , till we checked in and left. They were very easy to deal with and ask any questions .

Hairy towels, greasy kitchen, dirty bathroom and lumpy bed

The location.

The place was seriously lacking in cleanliness. The light switches were covered in brown gunk, especially in high-traffic areas. The kitchen was a greasy mess and is stocked with things pervious guests left behind. Plus, there were still food bits stuck to some dishes. The kettle had residue in it. The owner tried to educate me on what tap water is like in Canmore but regular unboiled tap water didn't have flakes. But I looked past all of that and thought we'd suck it up. Then as we were preparing to shower and head to bed, we found that the many different mish-mash of towels were worn and felt like sandpaper. It was as if they were bringing in random used, unwanted towels from home to offer their guests. When we pulled them out, we discovered they were ALL rocking a variety of different hair types. This applies to every single towel we tried to use, including the spares. The same hairy situation applied to the fabric headboard in the master bedroom and the bedsheets. The toilet also had this dirty brown ring at the base and the bathtub was never cleaned. I finally decided to give the owner a call, and initially, they offered to clean things up but on the next day. I was being reasonable and said I'd pay for the first night and get a refund for the rest (dirty towels was the last straw). Our chat with the owner lasted a good 45 minutes and he refused. In the end, the owner's lack of cooperation forced me to pay for an extra night just to get out of there, setting me back $600 for just one night. We moved to the second bedroom, which only had a minor hair issue, but the bed was an uncomfortable, lumpy mess that sloped in towards the center. This place is one of those quick cash grabs with landlord paints jobs, hoping to make a buck from Airbnb rentals. Property owners like this are seriously giving Airbnb host a bad rap.

Family vacation with 3 teenage boys. This was the perfect spot for us to stay.

Excellent location in Canmore. We were able to walk everywhere in town. Easy access to highway. Free underground parking. Loved the included pass!!

Superb

The property had plenty of room. The kitchen was well-equipped for us to prepare some of our meals. The facility was within walking distance of restaurants and stores.

The bedrooms were a bit warm, though the living room had a supplemental air conditioner that kept the room cool.

location is perfect not in the hustle of town and walking distance to restaurants was perfect! views were amazing and the hot tub very enjoyable!

dirty bbq-could be cleaned properly before guests come in. Air fryer could be a nice investment😀

Exceptional

They were very nice and wants to make sure things are right. I found a dirty linen, and they immediately corrected it. I have to say that they are great and I would book this again if I return. The futon bed isn't comfortable, but it seems to be normal for futons. Regular beds are comfortable.

The futon bed was tough for my daughters to sleep on

We felt nicely welcome when we got to the property, greeted with a waited for us bottle of wine and more than basic stuff available for use. Overall nice taste and decorative touches Smart TV, air conditioner, fans and washing machine with a dryer available in the property with some family games in the drawer When we had a little issue with a window, we called Daniel and someone turned up to fix it in 20 min

We were relaxed and felt like we had the world to ourselves and the view of the mountains was amazing

Good location, underground parking, room was comfortable and you could open the windows to let the cool air in

The loud and rambunctious people in the hot tub out in front were a little bit annoying but no big deal. I felt bad for these guy that was trying to close the lid on the hot tub but the drunks wouldn’t leave. not a reflection on the property it’s a really excellent place to stay
