Overall ambience of the hostel. Very convenient to reach other amenities closeby. Friendly staff. Car parking facility.
Despite being the quiet time, some visitors keep banging on the door when they close it, which created disturbance to my sleep as my berth was next to the door. Kitchen should actually have complimentary tea or coffee though I understand that I should bring what I want to cook and eat. But, having a coffee or tea as a complimentary thing won't hurt anyone.

Best place to stay if in Banff National Park! Right next to the bus stop and a convenience store as well as subway and other food places. The kitchen is big and has everything you need to make yourself a good meal! Staff is friendly. There is a laundry as well. Would stay there again if I come back. Excellent place overall!

Thoughtfully set up rooms. They each have a curtain for the bed and outlets and shelves easily accessible. The staff was super nice. Everything was pretty clean and the kitchen was nice as well!
Not a lot of parking due to its location with lots of other shops (not the fault of the hostel, but heads up). Also not a problem, but this hostel assigns your bed, so if you have a preference of upper/lower bunk maybe try requesting that when you book
