Very clean!

For the price, it really was average overall.We've rented better, and we've rented worse! It was pretty clean and decorated nicely. The shower was great 👍

There needs to be more kitchen towels and rags..only one of each for an entire week 😬 Thank goodness there was a washing machine that I could run them through. The dishwasher didn't dry either. Everything had to be dried before putting away. The master bedroom is very small. For 2 people and luggage/ suitcases, it was a bit of a challenge!

Small Unit

The unit was clean and well appointed with most of the things you would need for your stay

The unit was on the second floor, with no elevator and the rooms were very small. The rooms had no drawers for clothes, etc. If you got more than 3 people in there, it was crowded.

Wonderful retreat.

Beautiful REAL artwork. Tastefully decorated. All the dishes & cooking stuff one could need.

Needs more essentials, such as first aid kit. Cooking essentials: oil, salt & pepper. Alcohol, q-tips, band-aids. Beach essentials - beach chairs & towels. Wifi a little slow. Hard to stream from iPad or computer.

The stay was good with the exception of the toilet paper issue and difficulty reaching the local office.

very clean and it was in a good location.

There was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. no extra rolls were in the room. I contacted the emergency like after we ran out and they indicated they would notify the main office first thing that morning to bring some. We did not hear from them. I called the main office multiple times but did not get an answer. They did not provide the extra toilet paper until after 1pm. we had to use the paper towel which nearly ran out because we did not have an extra roll of that either. The issue reaching the main office makes an actual hotel a better choice for me.

Facility was very very clean. The master bedroom mattress was worn out as was the sofa in living area. Those are very simple fixes! It was well stocked. Couple little aggravations…the refrigerator door opens backwards. Can hardly access the closet in master due to door/wall protector prevents opening all the way and the bed prevents walking around the closet door. The protector is important but one that allows fully opening the door would be helpful. The chairs and umbrella are nice for summer visitors but who would want to sit in the patio with a chair hanging in their center front vision.

Amazing, Stunning, Beautiful, Relaxing, etc. anything that made you feel happy!

The property was just as it is pictured, it was absolutely beautiful inside and out! They had everything I could possibly think of when it came to needs in the kitchen and the bedrooms (extra covers, pillows, towels, utensils etc.) it was just like being home and that what I loved about it! The entire trip was amazing and the owners made it spectacular by how welcoming and beautiful the home was! Hilton Head is such an beautiful place 😍

The way the home was decorated and very comfortable and how it made me feel so at home!

Great property. Easy beach access. Would stay here again.

Great location. Nice decor. Clean. Had everything we needed for the beach.

There were four adults. One bathroom was a little tricky. I wish they had a small dresser near an outlet in one of the bedrooms, so someone could get dressed in there.

It was adequate.

The location was just ok. The picture you showed on your website indicated that it was just steps away from the beach. That is not the case. Its a 1/2 mile walk from the beach and had I known that, I could have planned better. The condo itself was very nice and clean, but it will only accommodate 4 people comfortably.

A 10 digit door code to access the condo every time is a pain. 5 digits is at least something that you can memorize. I think its over priced for the size and the proximity to the beach. I won't ever book an upstairs condo again and have to drag luggage up stairs.

we arrived to no check in package after hours. then when we finally heard back from someone they said they would bring parking pass the next day. they never did.

Exceptional

Loved the quiet area, clean, inviting and comfortable condo. Short walk to beach, clean pool, and within walking distance to food and shopping. 10/10 will recommend

Living room tv didn't work

it was adequate for our needs, but utilitarian and basic

very clean, updated, enough dishes & silverware, nice living room tv, & appliances

1) need TV in bedroom, 2) need better pans, 3) need space on the porch to sit as it was full of another condos bikes, beach chairs & old dirty furniture 4) take half of the decorative “things” out, we need surfaces to set our stuff down - every surface had owners stuff on it.
