The 2-storey holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in dining room and master bedroom, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV. A high chair and a baby bed are also available for an extra fee. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a balcony and a barbecue. A shared outdoor area with a pool, is also available for your use. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 584m. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 748m. Pros: Zeer schoon en ruim verblijf Eigenaren altijd bereikbaar en zeer vriendelijk. Zelfs campingbedje was geregeld voor onze baby

Bij aankomst vriendelijk ontvangen en rondgeleid door de buurman die voor vragen altijd beschikbaar was.
Een zeer compleet en schoon huis met alle ruimte.
Strand, centrum en supermarkt op loopafstand als je een wandelaar bent.
Dagelijks gebruik gemaakt van het nette en goed onderhouden privé zwembad waar het heel rustig was.
Het was 2000 kilometer rijden meer dan waard.
Zeker nog een keer voor herhaling vatbaar

Pros: We stayed for 11 days and couldn't have asked for better. Everything needed for a holiday let was there and more besides. It was clean and tidy and Gary, who lived next door, couldn't have been more helpful if he tried. The roof top solarium was fabulous with lovely views to the sea, but the porch area at the front was the perfect place to sit with a glass of wine and watch the world go by. The location was ideal for road links should you wish to travel to Alicante/Murcia etc and a great supermarket and restaurants were within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Location was fine, just to far to walk easy and quick to the beach or supermarket, but with the car you are at all places in no time.
Pool was lovely.
Torrevieja is huge, so you have a lot to experience.

Pros: We are a family of 5 and when looking for housing in Alicante area we decided to go for Casa Sophia as it seemed to have all we needed. This was very true indeed. We enjoyed the surroundings and the pool area everyday. Not big fans of beaches so the pool was our nr 1 choice. Gary the caretaker was amazing and very helpful. We stayed for two weeks and had a car for only 4 days which was enough for us.

Great shared swimming pool, with large garden area.
The caretaker Gary was very friendly and most helpful on all occasions.
I would recommend hiring a car for daily trips.
The only negative was two of the three bedrooms did not have aircon, although ceiling fans are present, as well as additional fans.

Pros: My family and I stayed here for a week during October holidays and we loved it, I have a 15 week old Baby a 7 year old and a 13 year old, lots of room for us all amd everything you could possibly need when away on holiday and in walking distance to shops and restaurants, added bonus it has Uk tv and movie channels just like having sky tv, will definitely be booking to stay again
