We wanted to have a relaxing fun weekend to enjoy Wineries, a hike to see the Falls and we even did a few laps on the Racetrack! A hugh benefit was renting this adorable, rustic retreat. The location was perfect and we found a quaint diner for morning breakfast 😋. Definitely will rent again!! Thanks Bob for this great place to rent.

The location was exactly what we needed. This home was located 5 miles from Sampson State Park, where our other friends were camping. Within a short distance to many wineries and breweries. The house was clean, and the owner responded promptly to any questions i had. Would definitely rent here again.

This quiet, private property was very convenient for day trips to state parks and lakes.

Nice quiet cottage in Ovid. AC in bedrooms were a plus as we were in a heat wave that week. Better lighting and room darkening shades in bedrooms will be a plus. Liked the kitchen utensils and cookware. Keurig was a plus with kcups....great stay!

This cozy cottage is conveniently located between Seneca and Cayuga Lakes, making it very convenient for wine tasting. Super quiet, private, cozy and clean. Very well equipped, there was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. Decor is cute!

Great location to access everywhere we wanted to go in the Finger Lakes area - the wineries, Taughannock, Watkins Glen, Corning, Buttermilk Falls, Scale House Brewery. It was also very peaceful with great sunsets. It's a great place to stay for up to 4 people.

We enjoyed very much staying in this cottage because this location is within the finger lakes region which save our driving time by visiting several great gorge waterfalls in one day. The property is clean and in good order. The grocery market is about a mile away. The cottage is tranquil and we both had good sleep. We highly recommend this cottage and will come back again.

Small but nicely decorated and well equipped. Host Bob was great on communication, and our stay went without any issues. We got to meet Bob, a very nice person.

Bob and Lisa have such a wonderful cottage property right in the heart of Seneca and Cayuga Lake! It was the perfect place for me to be a little tourist in my own area. I'm just south west of Watkins Glen and have been wanting to see more of Northern Seneca like Seneca Falls and the Erie Canal. Bob was a wonderful host with the cottage having everything and more. Communication was easy and the stay was wonderful. I will keep this in mind the next time I would like to be around Ovid again!

We have been trying to do a friends finger lakes trip for years and finally got to do it. This was the perfect house for our stay! Close enough to everything, but away from all the hustle and bustle! After a day out, it was great to come back and just relax with a glass (or two) of wine on the porch and enjoy each others company! So peaceful here and the place worked great for two couples! Will definitely be back again!

This is the perfect property for a weekend getaway to the Fingerlakes. The house was extremely clean and well-appointed, with a great layout for two couples. The outdoor porches, both front and back, were lovely for relaxing, with the sounds of spring peepers from the pond out back. Very conveniently located between the Seneca Lake and Cayuga Lake Wine Trails. Thank you so much!

We had a fabulous stay for our honeymoon! The house had everything we needed. Bob provided tons of great suggestions for local restaurants, wineries, breweries etc. Would stay here again.

The rental was a perfect pick for our wine tasting weekend. Private, clean, exactly as pictured. The property owners were quick with replies and helpful with answering questions about restaurants and wineries. Check in/check out was nice and simple. This property was very cute and extremely clean. The setting is rural with fields all around. We observed wildlife while drinking our morning coffee on the porch. Charming decor.

Stayed here during a long weekend get away for wine tasting. Location was great between the Seneca Lake and Cayuga Lake Wine Trails. Cottage was as described and perfect for 3 adults so that when relaxing at the cottage we could spread out.
