Our cozy 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath duplex in the gated community of Lake Lure Village Resort is the perfect place to relax, your furry friends are welcome. Our unit is a short walk to the private beach, along a hiking path past a beautiful waterfall, and lakefront area. Around the corner from Chimney Rock State Park for hiking and climbing and only 3 miles from Chimney Rock & Lake Lure for shopping and restaurants. Please note that the Town of Lake Lure will be lowering the lake starting in November.

Had a great time staying here. Being a gated community was nice. Lots of room and it had everything we needed. Also lots of area to walk in the neighborhood.

We truly enjoyed our stay! Just a short drive from all the things to do in both Lake Lure and Chimney Rock. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the things needed to make meals and there were plenty of blankets hidden throughout the house to cozy up on the chillier nights. Would recommend to anyone looking for a mountain getaway!

I liked it, besides a minor detail. 1 of the burners on the stove didn't work. Other than that, it was great. Very nice gated community. We saw deer & heard rumors of bears, but we never saw them. I would stay here again & I would recommend it to anyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! It was exactly as described. The owners had many supplies provided in case you forget something from home! We would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this home; it was everything we wanted and more. The property manager was great and very easy to get along with. Our kids had a wonderful time staying at the house and fishing for minnows in the creek since the lake levels were too low for fishing from the cove. The town is close with lots of great outdoor hikes and activities that are both kid and dog friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for being such a great host!!

What an amazing gem! First the space is well laid out for families and even couples. The kitchen was very well stocked. The community is super peaceful and everyone we interacted with was extremely kind. Everything was clean. Hope to be able to book again. Thank you!

It was the perfect little space for our girls trip. Location was great to Lake Lure, gated community was clean, beautiful and we loved the hiking trail, waterfalls and sandy beach. We had a group of 5 and were very comfortable even sharing 1 bath which is very spacious. House was clean, we had plenty of linens, and it’s the most furnished kitchen I’ve ever seen in a VRBO. I will be returning with husbands and kiddos as well as my friends.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was very clean, well stocked with amenities, and in a safe gated community. The private community beach is about a 5 minute walk away. Close to Chimney Rock for hiking. Would recommend!
