Group fun awaits in the game room, outfitted with a foosball table, game/card table, bunk bed, sofa, armchair, and a smart TV. Let your culinary skills shine in the pristine kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. While dinner simmers, perch at the island bar with seating for two. When it’s time to eat, gather around the six-person dining table. Security camera details: Exterior Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The house was very roomy and we all had room to spread out! It is close to the beach and parks along with many other things. It was also great that they had beach towels, wagon ,etc...we will definitely be back!!

We absolutely loved the quaint neighborhood, the short walk to the quiet beach, and the space in the house to spread out! The kitchen had all essential tools to cook basic meals and basic beach gear was provided as well. We REALLY appreciated the beach wagon!

The house was very clean, a great size and great location. We were able to walk just across the street to a beach (there was a cooler, beach cart, and beach chairs in the garage), as well as a cute little ice cream spot down the street, and we were just a short driving distance from everything else. The property manager was very attentive and communicative. We had a great getaway thanks to staying at this property.

This house was perfect for our large group. We loved the location as it was only a quick 5 min walk to the beach. It was well stocked with bathroom and kitchen supplies and the appliances were all up to date. We were pleasantly surprised with many beach toys and chairs. Overall would definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay. Property is as pictures show and very nice. Beach towels and beach toys were a plus. Internet was an issue daily which meant no morning and rainy dayTV. Overall was a good experience!

We had a wonderful stay at this home for our first ever vacation to Florida. House was neat and clean. Our only complaint would be that there was only 1 roll of extra toilet paper that we could find in the house. With 7 adults staying in a home extra T.P. is a must. So we had to run out and buy some. Besides that we had a lovely time.

We loved the house for our Springbreak vacation!! The kitchen and living room were nice and roomy. We wish they would have had nicer beach chairs that were not broken.

The house was very clean and very nice. The walk to the beach was a few blocks away, definitely not a bad walk. Restaurants were within walking distance. The house did not have any toilet paper when we arrived. We had to make a quick trip to the convenient store.

This was out first time traveling with our toddler and we couldn't have been happier with the property. This was a staycation for us so we were able to bring all the baby amenities to make the stay comfortable for the little one Property was clean and spacious and a short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property and location! Tough year for so many. We drove from GA and met family from IL that we hadn't been able to see for almost 2 years. Eight total vacationers. The house had plenty of room for us and was a great base of operations - such an easy walk back and forth to beach; right up Gulf Blvd to Clearwater; easy drive back to mainland for simple groceries and shopping. IRB was a great location to get away, meet up, and spoil ourselves a little. Beach got a bit crowded on the holiday weekend, but on the front and back end of that so peaceful and beautiful. Management company was very responsive when contacted. Great experience!

The house was very clean and was about a 4 minute walk to the beach. Almost everything you need is in the house for you. Only downside is that the provided beach chairs are really camping chairs.
