Situated in Cruz Bay, this attractive condo for $442 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Romantic Affordable Luxury with comfortable furnishings inside and outside, with stunning views. SeaSwan Suite is a beautiful private, fully air conditioned one bedroom (a King) apartment in our villa. Only twelve minutes drive from Cruz Bay, guests have their own parking and private walkway to the apartment. No steps offer easy access from parking to the apartment. Double french doors open to 1200 square feet of beautifully appointed space. Soft colors of sea foam and sand with travertine marble floors greet each guest. Four double french doors open on to the sun deck, a cocktail deck and covered bedroom deck to the spectacular view. On a clear day you can see thirty five miles to Puerto Rico or awaken to three or four masted sailing ships crossing Pillsbury Sound. Twenty-four acres of undeveloped land in front of SeaSwan offers an unobstructed view of St Thomas and the Caribbean Sea. WIFI connection is fast and works on the outside patio areas and throughout the apartment. SeaSwan is 620 feet above sea level, offering soft breezes. The road and driveway are paved, and we are at the end of the road, so no traffic. The villa is at the very end of Gifft Hill Lane with no neighbors on three sides providing both quiet and privacy. SeaSwanSuite is the only apartment. The comfortable living room has a custom upholstered sectional and ottoman to gaze at the view or watch your favorite show on a flat screen TV with satellite service. The spacious bedroom with king bed ( the mattress gets rave reviews) the reading area a loveseat and desk to send postcards to friends offers ample space to stretch out. The bedroom armoire also has a flat screen TV for night time viewing. It is a wonderful room in which to awaken with a spectacular view and great night's rest, and for reading while lingering in bed. French doors off of the spacious bedroom open to a covered deck with double chaise for romantic evenings watching the sunset over the Caribbean and sharing a glass of wine. The bathroom is well appointed, with travertine shower and soft towels. The kitchen has GE appliances including dishwasher, aqua corian counters, and is fully appointed. Tap water is completely purified and bottled water is not necessary. Have breakfast enjoying the view of both garden and the sea or enjoy the stunning sunsets from every view. As night falls you will see a moonlight sea with the lights of St. Thomas twinkling in the distance.Watch cruise ships as they leave for their next port of call. The night sky is full of stars for star gazing. During the full moon the reflection over the water of Pillsbury Sound is unmatched. Sea Swan is well located to dining, beautiful beaches and shopping. Cruz Bay is twelve minutes and the North Shore beaches about 15-20 minutes drive. The East End beaches are about 30 minutes drive. A full laundry, for guests use only, is adjacent to the apartment. Beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, floats, and beach tents are provided for a memorable island vacation.

Beautiful property, fantastic location, wonderful views. Wini met us at the car ferry and led us to the property, which was actually easy to find. She gave us the grand tour, and was very helpful with suggestions on restaurants, etc. The welcome basket in the fridge was such a nice touch, and really helped out with snacks and breakfast for our stay.
When I asked Wini about parking in Cruz Bay, she laughed and proceeded to explain the situation. Not ideal. She mentioned the gravel lot right by the car ferry. Save yourself the hassle of even looking for parking elsewhere, and at $8 a day it's a real bargain. It's only a couple short blocks from the traffic circle, and nothing in Cruz Bay is very far.
Property is very comfortable and peaceful, and the sunset views from the balcony are the best on the Island. Absolutely loved St. John, and would stay at SeaSwan again with no hesitation.

This place is amazing! We had the best stay for milestone celebration of 25 yrs of marriage/turning 50! Wini was super helpful! Upon arrival fridge stocked with crackers, cheese, chips/salsa, eggs, muffins, cream, wine, soft drinks. Several coffee pods/tea bags available. Bring extra if you like kuerig as we had a hard time getting extra at store. Place has beach chairs/tent/foats/cooler. Laundry access is perfect! Comfy bed/furnishings. Fully stocked for all your needs. Best part was morning and sunset views!! Roosters crowing, birds singing. We even saw iguanas in foliage. Amazing, beautiful landscaping! It’s like a tropical paradise! My only improvement would be a small Bluetooth speaker and privacy/blackout curtains in sleeping area. We loved this place!

We rented a jeep on St Thomas and were met at the car barge exit by Winnie. She communicated with us throughout the reservation process and answered any questions we had. We followed her to the house and she showed us everything as well as where to park. She was wonderful!
We loved everything about the house. It was super clean, had a comfortable bed, and just about anything in the kitchen we could ever want. There were 2 airconditiong units, one in the bedroom and one in the kitchen/living area. We did have to use them every day as there were no breezes while we were there There was also a starter gift basket in the fridge with milk, bread, butter, eggs, muffins, cheese, crackers, chocolates, wine, soda, popcorn, cream cheese, oj, and lemonade all new and packaged. The water is purified and drinkable so that was very convenient also. There is also solar back up in case of power loss.
The laundry room is steps from the entrance and there were chairs, coolers and other items for the beach. We only used the chairs, but the other item were available to use.
The view is outstanding, the best we have ever had and the outdoor living space is large. The road and parking lot is paved but the roadis steep in some areas so I would recommend a Jeep or AWD vehicle rather than a car. The location on Gift Hill is convenient to beaches and town and easy to drive up to Centerline daily.

My wife and I celebrated our 50th Anniversary at Sea Swan and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Winnie (one of the sweetest people you will ever meet) welcomed us and was always available if needed.
The cottage, the landscaping and the gorgeous island views were incredible, as were the sunsets. Beach towels, a beach canopy, chairs and a cooler were there for our use. We were also greeted with a lovely gift basket of goodies.
The bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning wonderful after a long day at the beach. We have to say with this being our 16th trip to the islands over the last 30 years that this stay at Sea Swan was our favorite overall. Upon our next visit to St John, Sea Swan would be our number on choice. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay!

this is our 3rd year to st.johns and our 2nd time staying at seaswan. it is perfect for a couple. the location is right in the middle of our favorite places making it easy getting to the beaches for snorkling,getting to cruz bay and best of all right down the road from our favorite place to watch the sunset. the views are spectacular and though we often went to the windmill to watch the sunset there were beautiful sunsets from our balcony. the gift basket provided breakfast for us for the week. we will definitely consider staying here again.

This was our second time on St. John and first time at this property. We were blown away by the views from inside the house and on the balcony. The property landscape is beautiful and the space inside is perfect for 2. They had everything we needed for the beach (towels, chairs, cooler, the BEST floats, tent) and also had a great welcome basket for us! The location is perfect because you can take Centerline Road into town (10 min) instead of the southern super windy roads which we preferred to do. We would absolutely stay here again!

We have stayed at many places on STJ but this was our favorite.
Beautifully landscaped property and very spacious apartment for 2. We really enjoyed the decks and being able to open doors with screens to keep the bugs out. We had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Loved the red footed turtle that lives on the property and the 2 adorable cats that came to visit.
Everything was clean and we had no issues with anything on the property, they even provided a few snacks in the fridge for us which was a very nice gesture. We will definitely book this villa again in the future.
The host Winni was so sweet and I did get to chat with the owner at the driveway and we shared our love for cats.

We spent two weeks at this property. Although, my first impression was a little disappointing- photos made everything look new- where it definitely is a little worn, the drive from Cruz Bay was difficult; however, as the week progressed and we settled in it felt homey and the view outstanding. Gardens were stunning and well maintained. We got more comfortable with driving on St Johns and found the island beautiful! Our host was wonderful, when we had a question or concern, she went above and beyond to make all right for us.

Seaswan is an extremely clean and well kept property with an absolutely breathtaking view. We never wanted to leave the porch. The sunsets are just a cherry on top. The entire process was made seamless with the help of Alyce, Wini and Znea. The gift basket in the fridge was a lovely touch! Everything about Seaswan is so well thought out, we felt right at home. Can’t wait to plan another trip, we will undoubtedly be staying at Seaswan again!

We had a wonderful time using the Sea Swan as a base for five days in St John. The property was well appointed and we appreciated the gift basket we found in the refrigerator. Enjoyed sunsets from the balcony. Easy to drive to both north side and south side beaches as well as Cruz Bay.

This was my fiancé and I second time on St. John so we knew the island but this property exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for 2 people. The hosts are so generous the fridge was stalked with snacks and breakfast food and the landscaping, deck area and view are absolutely beautiful. Winnie picked us up from the ferry dock and was very accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I have stayed in many villas on St. John and this property is one of the best! Great location, very clean, beautifully decorated and the attention to detail was the icing on the cake. Everything you need is supplied by the owner even a basket of goodies in the fridge to start you off which was wonderful. I can not say enough about how great our stay was and we will definitely be returning!

Everything about this home has been well thought out….from the beautiful landscaping to the patios, well equipped kitchen, large bedroom, comfortable bed, laundry, beach chairs, coolers, sunshade, AC, etc. The frig held a plethora of tasty snacks (cheese, crackers, wine, popcorn, tortilla chips, salsa) and breakfast items. It was incredibly generous! And it made getting our vacation started just a little bit easier. It’s very private and yet not too far from anything. We love this place and can’t wait to come back.

St. John Vacation
Lovely spot for a Caribbean vacation. We have been to St. John many times but had not stayed in this part of the island. Lovely! The views of St. Thomas were spectacular, especially in the evening, and the access to S. shore locations (Klein, Reef Bay, etc.) was awesome, as was ease of getting into Cruz Bay for supplies and dinner. We visited during a very dry period when the hills were brown, and this side of the island has a few spots that are best hidden by trees and jungle in wetter times. The noise from Center Line road was tedious at times.
The property was lovely, and resembled a French Chateau in the hills. Exactly as billed. Cozy and easy to get to. The welcoming host and owner were exceptionally good, and this is the first place we have stayed in where the fridge was stocked with welcoming food and drinks for the first 24 hours. Thanks!

Amazing location
St John is the best, and this location was excellent. On top of a mountain overlooking the ocean and other islands - it was magical, especially at sunset. House was well stocked. Super responsive to any needs. It was perfect! We will stay again!
