Great place for a long weekend stay! It was clean and well put together. We used the hot tub and it was perfect. Ryan was very communicative and answered any of our questions immediately. Would recommend!!

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and the house felt like it had just been spring cleaned! The pool and hot tub was delightful and the host Ryan felt like he could be a friend! Blessings!

We stayed a month at this location. Omg, perfect for all our outings…hiking, walking the loop, shopping La Encantada, loved downtown Tucson, wineries, Bisbee!
We were glad we had the hot tub heated… not the pool! Unseasonably, and windy cooler February.
Only downside, dogs baking during the day, early in the evening, never in the late evening or early in the morning. Most days we weren’t home so it was never an issue. Not the hosts fault.
Ryan was an amazing host, very quick responses, easy to communicate with.
I recommend this location, plus the surrounding neighborhoods are nice. Omni Tucson resort/ golf course very close!

This was a great find for my family on such short notice. Ryan was quick to respond to all my questions (location, beds, kitchen). We were considering having the pool heated for our stay but that was too expensive. However, we are really glad we didn't because it was a good temperature for April and perfect for taking some kids swimming. We were concerned when we had family members visit and the house rules are very clear - no parking on the road! I am not sure if that means you also cannot have a car in front of the house, at the end of a cul-de-sac for an hour, which seems odd because other houses had cars on the road in front of their house, but we did manage to squeeze all the cars in the driveway or garage. Other than that it was the perfect place for us. Highly recommend!

Wonderful House in a Convenient Location
I stayed here for three weeks and found the location of this house to be very convenient. Two friends stayed with me for a week and the house was more than adequate for us together. I throughly enjoyed the hot tub and although I didn't use the pool it was nice to have. Communication from Ryan, the owner, was never difficult and I felt he went out of his way to make sure my stay was pleasant. He was very helpful.

Great Location & Very Clean
Our family has stayed in many rental homes in the US and other parts of the world. This was by far the cleanest and most organized. I forgot to notify the owner we wanted to use the pool and spa at the time of booking, and it was too late by the time we checked in. This was definitely a mistake I regretted.
We planned a lot activities for our trip and didnt spend much time at the house (access to the pool/spa would have changed this a bit). The location gave us quick access to main roads and the interstate. Some places we went were Mt. Lemmon, Saguaro Nat'l Park West, Top Golf, Sonoran Glass Studio, an escape room, Pima Air & Space Museum, Tucson Art Museum, Reid Park Zoo, and downtown for live music and food.
The neighbors do have dogs that bark... A LOT. On a couple mornings, another neighbor was outside yelling at the dogs to shut up, which really just made it worse. We got in late on a few nights and didn't appreciate this aspect, but it's not the fault of the VRBO.

Beautiful Property and Location!
We were a bit concerned about a few things based on another review of this property but we had a great stay and I would highly recommend the house! The property was very clean and comfortable, with all we needed for our stay. Ryan was very responsive and helpful. Another reviewer mentioned loud dogs in a home nearby, and this gave us some cause for concern as we have three young children and certainly didn't want to be up all night with barking dogs! Fortunately, while we did hear the dogs a bit during the day, none of us noticed them at all during the night and they didn't bother us at all. We did not use the pool or hot tub since we came in the winter, but it looked beautiful and my kids did beg to swim! The house was close to the local attractions we wanted to see. We especially like hiking in Catalina State Park which was very close. Overall, we found the home clean, comfortable and convenient and would recommend it to others!

My family of five rented this property the week of Thanksgiving 2021. Upon arrival everything looked very nice. After familiarizing ourselves with our rental we began to notice problems. First we noticed every horizontal surface had a deep layer of dust on it. Closet shelves, the top of the refrigerator, counters, all areas that would be commonly used. While simultaniously trying to clean and settle in we noticed the hot water was only slightly warm. Upon locating the hot water heater in the garage we realized it was turned down to a low setting. With the hot water problem hopefully corrected it was time to take showers and wash the travel off. That's when we realized there was still no hot water in the master shower. Either the mixing valve in the tub was broken or installed incorrectly. Regardless, we had one functioning shower for five adults. That is also the same time we noticed all of the linens and towels were new. Should be a plus but not when they were purchased from a big box store and hung up for use without an initial wash. Apparantly there are regulations regarding this sort of thing according to the property's description. The same was true for all of the dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils. My wife uses a blender everyday for her breakfast smoothie. The listing mentions a Ninja blender. There was no blender. We also paid the additional charges to have pool and hot tub heat on. It was about the fourth day before the water was warm enough to possibly use. The problem here wasn't the temp it was no one including our host could tell us how to activate the hot tub jets. The question was twice asked and twice went unanswered. This is apparantly a new property for the owner. Combined with the fact he was apparantly also on vacation that same time period certainly exacerbated our frustration. I'm sure all these issues will be corrected for the next renter except the single biggest issue. Two ~80 lb dogs in the neighboring yard that bark deeply and loudly almost continuously. Without hearing the volume firsthand it's very difficult to comprehend. If you rent the house you'll get it. After returning home I reached out to our host asking for a substantial discount prior to my review. At least I could then end this review saying he was fair in making it right. Instead, he accused me of blackmail. Based on the litany of problems and the owner's response to them I cannot and would not recomend this property. Keep looking.
