Private pool: This home features a fully fenced above-ground pool that is 4ft deep surrounded by a spacious deck for lounging. Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool (open Memorial Day thru Labor Day - $5 per person) and city park. WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home. Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well. Pet policy:Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking. Parking: There is room for up to 6 cars in the driveway. Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip. Off the kitchen, a serene bedroom awaits with a luxurious king-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Nearby, a full bathroom provides convenience for guests staying in this area. Adjacent to the living room, another spacious bedroom offers a king-sized bed and a twin bunk bed, perfect for families or groups of friends. Venture upstairs to discover more delights. A full bathroom awaits to refresh and rejuvenate, while the game room offers entertainment with ping pong and a flat-screen TV. Inside the game room, two sets of full-sized bunk beds and a full-sized sofa bed provide flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests. Continuing on the second floor, another charming bedroom awaits with a queen-sized bed and a twin bed. For a unique retreat, ascend the spiral staircase in the game room to the third level. Here, a cozy room awaits with a queen-size bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest. Outside, enjoy the fresh sea air and sunshine on the balcony and front porch. Below, the pool beckons with sparkling waters and ample tanning space, while a fire pit with seating invites evenings under the stars. STR22-00131 - Guests must be 24+ to book the property. - One-night stays must be approved. - Groups larger than 16 would need to be approved. We do not allow parties. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. - All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. - No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. - Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. - Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
