Amazing water feature with falls, stream and reflecting pool! Expansive deck and patio for extended outdoor living space. This private house is great for two families; Upstairs features open plan with views to the lake, a master suite (King bed), den, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining rm, half bath and laundry rm, plus a bonus loft w/full bath, Queen bed and futon. Downstairs has additional master suite, den, kitchenette, bunk room, laundry and covered porch. Full size real mattresses instead of futon pads in the bunk room! Composite boat dock! Beautiful and no chance of splinters to those little bare feet! With your own private covered boat dock equipped with bumpers and tie down hooks, your boat will thank you! *Contactless check-in, grocery delivery nearby, strong internet, private spaces to work in when necessary, beautiful views/change of scenery! Cable TV as well as Roku tv available with guest access that allows you to sign into your personal streaming apps of choice. Put in check out date and safely and automatically be signed out of all your accounts. Roku tv also has channels with a guide. Blu-ray player on site as well. Note: The annual lake draw-down will begin on November 1 and will continue at approximately six inches per day until November 10 . The water level will return to normal level by March 15. *Our home does include a video doorbell at the front door.

Little Red was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family. So much to do for the children as well as the adults. Very clean and well stocked with everything and more for a vacation week. Probably one of the most relaxing vacations I’ve had in a long time.

Little Red is a beautiful and roomy house that accomodated all 11 of us and our two dogs. The house seemed recently renovated, and it was super cute, clean and well appointed. The dining table was small, but there was plenty of alternate spaces for eating at the kitchen island and outdoor spaces. The deck was very spacious and faces west which was great for sunset viewing. The patio had enough chairs for everyone and we enjoyed seating around listening to the water from the unique water feature. It had a fire pit which we used for s'mores for the kids. We had a great time on the stand up paddle boards and pedal boat, and it was perfect being in a nice cove of the lake without all the boat traffic. The location was great, just a short drive to town. Overall, we had a great time, loved the house and will definitely stay here again if we come back to Hot Springs!

There's a reason for all the 5 star reviews- this place is perfect! The owners have thought about everything to make their lake house amazingly accommodating. We had the best week with our family. It was so easy to cook , take out a SUP, or relax by the lake. If I could rate them 10 out of 5, I would. Thanks for providing such a great space!

After several years we stayed at Little Red again, and it does not disappoint. A wonderful house with a perfect setup for a multi-generational vacation with space for everyone. Well stocked house with everything we needed inside and out.

This house was fantastic and even better than the pictures! The owners have added unique water features in the front and back yard. They have also extended the back deck. This house was over the top stocked with everything we needed and super clean. The owners were great with communication and provided many suggestions for us during our stay! A+++

I am one of the most OCD person when it comes to renting houses for vacations. I spend a ton of time looking for the perfect place and I will say we found it with this one. Every detail of this house was perfect. So so so clean. Everything just SO clean! The kitchen had every single thing we needed and then more. The hot tub was amazing. This house is perfect for two families. We had one of our familys in the upstairs area and then our family downstairs area. I can not say enough good things about this place.

We had a positive experience, very similar to many of the previous reviews. The house was spacious, functional, well-stocked, clean house, and located right on the lake. Kids enjoyed paddle boarding, pedal boating, swimming, fishing, roasting marshmallows on the fire pit, and eating meals on the balcony overlooking the lake. Also enjoyed trips to Hot Springs. Great place. Thanks.

The house was equipped with nice 👍 amenities. The beds were comfortable and it was super spacious - for all of us. We loved the double living room - space. Parking a trailer - plenty of room. It's on a steep hill - so that was tough, especially with 70's and 80's year olds, but we made it! We made lots of memories and we ALL gave this home 5 STARS!

The property is much bigger than it looks from the front. The house was clean and had enough room for our 3-family reunion (13 total). The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for cooking, including many spices. We enjoyed the paddleboards and paddleboat and visiting Garvan Woodland Gardens and Hot Springs. Kitchen soap/cleaners and laundry soap included, but bring your toiletries (shampoo and soap). We enjoyed our stay and the hosts respond very quickly.

This house was perfect for our family. It had plenty of space and we loved that it had two kitchens. Our only suggestion would be to leave helpful instructions for your guests (tv's, boat dock, hot tub...). Owner was very helpful, but I hated to text for the little things.

This house is beautiful and very spacious! Looks very small from the outside but plenty of room for more than one family. Paddle boards, paddle boat and hot tub were great! Hope to stay here again. Owner was very quick to respond to any needs.

We loved this place and hope to stay again next year. Exactly what our family needed and the lake was steps away from the back door. Kitchen was stocked with everything that anyone needs. Fenced yard for the dog was great and the use of the paddle boards was an extra.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Little red. We had teenagers with us and they enjoyed using the paddleboards all day. The house is very well stocked and has outside games available as well. We had everything we needed for our time there including cooking several meals. The master bedroom bed is super comfy!! Thank you for allowing us to bring our furbaby as well. Would definitely rent again!

We were in town for my graduation from UALR, had family come in from Georgia and Colorado, great house. Loved being on the lake, great fishing, paddle boat was amazing too!! House had everything needed in the kitchen, had a group of 12. Would definitely stay again
