The white sand beaches Anna Maria Island is famous for are just steps out your front door and down your own private path. A short stroll gets you back to the house for a quick snack or a drink refill, making spending a day at the beach a breeze! The backyard is its own special oasis with a heated pool, hot tub, TV, seating and plenty of shady places to keep you cool on those hot summer days. You can even challenge each other to a game of corn hole with the custom painted boards provided for your use. Entering the home, you'll find a marvelous view of the Gulf from the living area through three sliding glass doors that lead out to the second-floor balcony. On the balcony, two pub tables under a lovely pergola are the perfect place to relax and take in the soothing sounds of the ocean waves, morning, noon or night. Offering more than a gorgeous view, the living room also has two flat-screen TVs, comfortable seating for seven and a wine nook. The dining table is positioned to take advantage of the view as well and accommodates up to eight diners under a lovely, jellyfish inspired chandelier. Moving into the kitchen you'll find state-of-the-art appliances, including a glass cook-top, dishwasher, wine cooler and ice maker. Take the elevator up to the third floor, enter the master bedroom and take in the view yet again. Sliding glass doors lead out to your own private balcony, making you feel like you can take flight and soar out over the Gulf. With a TV and full ensuite bathroom, this master suite is truly amazing. Also on the third floor, you'll find two more bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a queen bed and double trundle - sharing a spacious Jack & Jill bath with double sinks. Venture down the stairs and past the kitchen to the fourth bedroom, featuring a king bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bath. We had a wonderful time! Beautiful views, amazing sunsets and a private pool oasis! The beach views from the balcony made my coffee taste better than ever each morning. The only thing is there was no drip coffee maker....so we bought one and left it there for the next visitors wanting a big pot of coffee each morning.

This property was perfect for our family - beach front on the Gulf, private pool for hanging out, activities on the property, 5-10 minute drive to everything you need on AMI and Cortez. The warm gulf water and sunsets were simply amazing. The beach is right out the door and the water was like a warm bath. The kids loved being in the pool with Netflix playing on the patio TV, while we relaxed in the jacuzzi. The pool area lighting into the palm trees is fabulous after dark. The billiards table in the finished garage was a nice time-filler for the family. The beach wagon and noodles in the garage storage room were very helpful. The property is well maintained and clean. The stand-alone ice maker is a big plus if you're filling small coolers for the beach or boating. The Internet connection is a healthy 100Mb/s and easily handled the array of phones, iPads and laptops we had. Publix and Walgreens are 1-2 minutes away. Things we would suggest for improving an already great house... - The numerous smart TVs are great but there are no sound systems that we could find. A Bluetooth capable sound system would be highly desired in the living area and in the pool patio area. - A few more baking pans and utensils for the cooks in the family would be appreciated. There's plenty of pots and pans to make meals, but no pans we could find to allow us to bake brownies or a cake. - Leave the hose for rinsing feet at the front door. The outdoor shower near the pool works great but it's a long way from the front door for folks returning from the beach. We purchased a $20 hose. Although there are two hose hangers, no hose was at the house when we arrived. - Post instructions at the spa control panel. The buttons are simple enough but if you've never used that style of jacuzzi, it takes some trying to know when the heater is working. We had a great time and really loved the house.

This was a great house, amazing location, sized and equipped very well. The front view is one of the best on Anna Marie, steps away from the beach. Pool and hot spa provided a little cooling shade in the afternoons. We hope to be back.

This place was awesome, beautiful, near everything, and the view is amazing. Would definitely stay here again. The beds were even comfy!!! Might need to check the dryer as it took me all day to dry a small load of clothes. Overall would highly recommend this home!

This was a beautiful location for six adults who want to maximize time on the beach, enjoy the convenience of being close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc, and enjoy staying in a cooking. The home was wonderfully clean. Only two suggestions, I’d consider adding more loungers by the poolside. Two loungers makes is difficult for multiple people to stay near the poolside together. Even if they were made available in the storage room and guest needed to bring the out for us. Also, the beach chairs do need replaced.

House was perfect and had everything you need for beach and cooking. Perfect house for families / lots of room for multi family group. Pool was great. Walk directly out to beach. They even have a beach cart and chairs and toys. Location is great. We would definitely stay again.

This home is very well designed and well-built. The private yard with pool and hot tub is a pretty and welcome oasis. The views of the Gulf are spectacular. The attention paid to design and amenities, including an elevator, leaves one lacking for nothing. And the place was spotless when we arrived. We couldn't ask for more.

Our family spent the Christmas holiday at this beautiful property. Everything was perfect! The beach was steps away and my daughter loved the pool & hot tub! Publix and CVS were close by for groceries & any other needed supplies. The island cafe at the public beach was a short walk down the beach for an easy lunch option. The home was spotless & beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings and bedding. We would definitely rent this property again!

Amazing Property!

This property is better than what is on the listing! The beach is so close and like having your own private beach. Pool and hot tub are huge bonus. The place is immaculate, has everything you would want while on vacation! We stayed for 10 days and only left the property twice! Close to Publix for groceries, Walgreens, etc. It is spotless and everything is new and "smart"! The rental company was very easy to work with! Hope to stay here again!!
