The townhome has a luxurious feel that is defined by clean lines and monochromatic colors that give off a calming vibe throughout its rooms. The main entrance leads to a luminous open space, featuring a state-of-the-art kitchen with an oversized island/breakfast bar with stools. The gourmet kitchen area opens up to a double-height living room where guests are drawn to the flow of the space and natural light. Enjoyable and comfortable sitting areas make the perfect spot to hang out with family and friends. A pair of glass sliding doors lead guests to a covered and cozy patio, featuring a table set and BBQ and relaxing outdoor furniture. Heading upstairs guests will find three flawless, contemporary-style suites that offer comfortable accommodation for up to 8 persons. The magnificent Master Bedroom consists of a KingSize bed, a Full Size Sofa bed, a desk, and en-suite bathroom with shower and walk-in closet. Along the hallway there are two other suites. One consists of a QueenSize bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower. The other features two TwinSize beds and ensuite bathroom with shower. The fourth bedroom, bathroom and the laundry room with washer/dryer are located downstairs in the hallway, next to the main entrance door. Throughout the property the simple, elegant, and contemporary décor maximizes the relaxing ambience. Obs.: The Resort Access for restaurant and concierge is included, but the amenities like Pool & Recreational area, Gym Fitness Center, and etc. are controlled by card and requires guests to pay a daily fee of US 100.00 per unit, which gives all guests access for the day, pay at resort as needed. Clean and inviting. The only advice is bring some towels as there were only about 8 in the house if you need more.

Be careful when renting property from this company. Their extra fees are exorbitant. Don't be surprised if at the end, you get stuck with additional fees for using their towels, as I've seen in other reviews they charged me an extra $80 because they said the towels were dirty. I mean come on really? Unless you have money to burn, look elsewhere.

We were in Orlando for a business conference at the Orange County Convention Center. Townhome was close to great restaurants and it was a short drive to the Convention Center. Communication with the property manager was easy and efficient and they made check in and check out simple and efficient.
