This newly updated unit features two Queen Beds with a Pillow Top Mattresses, a Full Size Bathroom w/Walk In Shower and Handrails and a Mini-Fridge & Microwave to stash your goodies or make a cup of morning coffee before starting your adventures each day. Beautifully painted with 'just the right' accent touches makes this much more than any hotel room you could find. All of the Resort Amenities, Restaurants and Marinas are within walking distance from your Unit. Parking for your vehicle can be found right out front! You will definitely want to return to this unit at 'The Inn' after you experience the quiet convenience of the location and especially after you see a few Manatees or maybe even Dolphins in the Canal behind your building. This unit is perfect for a weekend getaway (2 night minimum) or a week's stay to enjoy the Resort Amenities that are oh so close! Guest Reviews - 5 Stars - The Little Harbor Inn in Ruskin was a lovely place to stay for a short vacation. The room décor was very "beachy" and bright, and the beds were comfy. We had a great view out the window of the canal and could see dolphins swimming by. We enjoyed the two pools; and the two restaurants on the property were good, not 5-star, but good. You will need a car to get to other restaurants and activities. Overall, a very nice place to stay. Nancy S. 4 Stars - This unit is beautifully updated with a water view. We woke up to the sunrise and watched dolphins play either from the bed or the balcony! The unit is upstairs however it is conveniently the first unit up the stairs and the pool is just to your left downstairs. Both restaurants, beach, playground, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard ARE within 1-3 minute walking distance! Unless we left to go somewhere outside of the community we did not use our car at all. The community is so laid back and very family friendly! I will say that the main pool is larger and the hot tub was open in the main pool. Laundry and vending were located in the other two buildings but I did see someone taking measurements while I was there so maybe laundry and vending will be added in the future. I have stayed all over the surrounding areas and this slice of paradise is already calling me back!!!!! The only real complaint is the electrical plug situation. The one between the beds was very questionable. Definitely wouldn’t pass any code. There was one really dated extension cord that had to be used for the coffee pot. Then unplugged so the toaster could be plugged it. A bit surprised to see this.

This place was quiet and cozy for me and my family! It’s just like a hotel set up! Wish I could have cooked some food for my kids but that’s the only downfall! It has security and a bunch of amenities! A pool tennis a playground etc! 3 restaurants near by that we didn’t visit because we were out and exploring most of the time! There are amazing food trucks right down the street and a coffee food truck too that was great!! Will definitely be back!

Located between two water views. However, the property itself was dated and run down. AC issue due to bed too close to vent. The bed would get cold which would shutdown the unit for cooling. So it was hot in unit.

Everything about Harbor Inn was great. It is quiet and clean in a good location with activities to do in the area. Finding the place was not eaay. We got, what seemed liked, two addresses and were not sure where to go. After we figured it put, all was good.

This place was not ready for new guests this was very dirty and everything was sticky I have booked for 4 days and I have left on the first day I dont recommend this place for anybody

We loved this area! Love the beaches, wonderful weather, saw manatees and dolphins The room was essentially a hotel room. The air conditioning was so-so. The “kitchen area” was a dorm sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker and one cabinet of dishes. There was no dishwasher or even dish washing liquid, which honestly kind of confused me since the email mentioned a dishwasher a few times including saying that when we leave we should load and run the dishwasher. Overall we were extremely satisfied with the resort. The facilities were nice and well maintained. We loved being able to see the wildlife RIGHT THERE! We really liked the Sunset Bar and Grill restaurant.

We were pleasantly surprised at the accommodations, resort amenities, and available activities. My feedback for what would’ve been better would be to have the common areas (halls, stairwells, outdoor areas) cleaned more frequently, allow for early checkin/late checkout, and have change machines available for laundry, etc

Difficult to locate property. The access drive is behind/next too Hook restaurant because the room is on the BACKSIDE of the row condos that you see from the street you’re on. Not enough lighting in the room. But great location to watch the dolphins. Pools are very close. Beach is within walking distance. Would certainly book again.

I rented for my daughter's 13th birthday and asked for it to be nice... I tried multiple time to get a hold of someone regarding massages for my daughter and myself. Never got a call back. Then we get there and there is a brown stain on comforter and air wasn't working real good. Very humid in the room the whole time. Then as I called maintenance to tell them about it, she told me to check in closet for another blanket and I found WET towels folded up in closet. Then there was dirty silverware and a beer cap from someone else inside the silverware tray. Empty paper towel roll under the dresser. So u can tell the room was not properly cleaned. Vomit stains on the tub splattered on side of outside of tub. Drain In the shower did not drain so we stood in our dirty water and had to be quick getting in and out. Also, to top it off, there was food in the mini fridge from someone else... that I had to throw away. My daughter was grossed out from the beginning and it just got worse. However after I called maintenance they did come switch the comforter and the wet towels out but I didn't find the rest of it all until afterwards so I have tried to reach the property manager/owner multiple times thru phone and messages and never any response what so ever....... very unhappy.

Beautifully updated room. All amenities in walking distance. Pool, playground, shuffleboard, basketball and tennis courts less than a minute walk. Both restaurants and private beach I would say are are around a 3 minute walk. We never used our car inside the community. We watched dolphins play from our bed and balcony along with a beautiful sunrise! The community as a whole is very laid back and family friendly! I have stayed all over the surrounding areas and I speak for the entire family when I say that this is truly a secret paradise!

The Little Harbor Inn in Ruskin was a lovely place to stay for a short vacation. The room decor was very "beachy" and bright, and the beds were comfy.
