About this cottage rental
Newly decorated 3200 sqft two layer house is located On Niagara parkway with beautiful river view on Canadian side,north to the great falls and south to the crystal beach. Niagara natural trails at the front door,1ace backyard is adjacent to the natural forest, big patio outdoor furniture , fire pit, hot tub, swimming pool,BBQ.High speed WiFi, 70inch TV with Netflix YouTube in the big bright living room, long driveway enough park 6 cars. It’s great place for relaxation and vacation with your family and friends. There’re living rooms upstairs and downstairs,all can see the river view. 1 bedroom on main floor, others on second floor. All necessary washroom and kitchen facilities are provided. provide items: two cases of water in the second refrigerator. shampoo, conditioner, paper towel, toilet paper, towels,bath towels. The new heated pool just was built, It will open from June 1st to September 30th. There’s an extra $35 each day for use the pool (it will be heated to 85 Fahrenheit degree) if needed.

Great place for a Large size group. Nice views of the Niagara River and on a beautiful property. Would recommend you discuss your house supplies needs with the owner prior to your stay regarding some basic needs so that you are not disappointed. (bare minimum bathroom towels, couple dish towels, lots of cups & wine glasses but only 1 drinking glass, no serving platters or salad bowl)

It was a good relaxing moment for a short period of time perfect view, we really love the pool specially the kids which no need for us to bring them other places. Wish to stay again for next year.

We spent a lovely week enjoying this spacious and well-equipped large cottage. Plenty of room for all of us and lots of space to roam around. A wonderful heated pool, hot tub and Foosball table are among the amenities to enjoy! Very clean with an extra large lot. We hope to be back one day soon!

Had a wonderful time using this home as a base for the area. There was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy ourselves. The bedrooms were nice and beds comfortable. Know that to get to the room with the 2 queens, you have to go through one room with a single queen. We were able to work it out so this was not an issue. The property is beautiful with a huge backyard, beautiful pool and hot tub. Was nice to have 2 fridges for our large group too. The view of the Niagara River was nice and we took many walks in the area. The owners were very responsive and great to work with; would highly recommend this home for rental

We loved this place. There were 8 guys with 8 beds on a golf trip in Niagara. It was perfect. The house is better than the pictures in terms of space. The BBQ, pool and hot tub were amazing. Our host was very responsive and the house was perfect for us. We would stay again in the future for sure.

Beautiful home, great location, has everything you need to have a great weekend. We spent the entire weekend outside enjoying the pool and their large backyard. We were able to even play a little game of football there was so much space.

The house is beautiful. Rooms are large and comfortable. Dining area and kitchen area worked for our large group. Sitting areas really encouraged conversations. The hot tub was great. We paid to have the pool heated, but the air was so cold, it really wasn’t fun to swim. Bring your own towel for the pool & hot tub, as they’re not provided.
We cooked a lot this time and could have used a few things, like a big bowl for salad, a 9x13 baking dish, and more eating & serving utensils.
Linens were nice, queen beds were comfortable, but the twin beds less so. There’re was only 1 towel per person, and with a bunch of ladies with long hair, we could have used a bit more.
The yard is beautifully landscaped, and it was just lovely to sit out on the patio in the evening. The lights really made it pretty.
All in all a beautiful home.

Check in and communication with the host was flawless. The house is spotless with a huge yard, pool, hot tub and fire pit. We had an issue with the pool heater and the owners came right over to correct it. It is a 20 minute trip to Niagara Falls. The day we were leaving, swarms of May flies were iin the area, so keep that in mind when timing your booking- as it could disrupt outdoor activities. We were there May 30- June 4. I would definitely recommend this home.

This house was a great place to stay for our annual golf trip. Picturesque views of the Niagara River, a big yard and great amenities. The Host was very quick to reply to messages and always friendly. If we are back to Niagara we will be looking to stay here again.

The property was in an excellent and quiet location on the Niagara River with nice views. It had a huge yard and nice sitting area outside which we used a lot. There were a ton of bedrooms and comfortable living space. We utilized the BBQ a couple of times and ate several meals there - all required items such as cooking ware, dishes, cutlery, coffee machine, etc, etc, were on hand. The house was exactly as advertised. The owner was very quick in responding to all questions that I had and gave us a late checkout since we didn't fly out until later. All in all we had an awesome 7 nights there - this was our home base for Canada Summer Games which were in St Catharines, a reasonable distance away. We loved it here and would stay again if we ever came back.

This house is just beautiful! It was very comfortable for our group. We enjoyed the view in front of the river, and the lovely patio in back. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was roomy, and sitting rooms allowed for great conversation. Beds and couches we’re comfortable. The house was very clean. It was a great place for a long weekend! Very convenient to all we wanted to do!

The pictures don't do it justice, the rooms were all big and inviting, the backyard is sublime, and the river view is so amazing in the morning. I cannot recommend this place enough!
