Summary: LOCATION: Enjoy unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean from your lofty living room. Situated in North Bay Village and centrally located, The Current by Roami is just a 10 minute drive from Miami Beach. It's the perfect home base to discover, explore, and enjoy Miami! The Space: CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking. ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly. BEDROOMS: This property has 3 beds, 1 sleeper sofa (Queen) and 1 air mattress. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below: - Bedroom 1: 1 King - Bedroom 2: 2 Queens - Common Area: 1 Queen Air Mattress and Sleeper Sofa (Queen). *Additional beds cannot be provided. BATHROOMS: Both bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully-stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining table has seating for 5 and the breakfast bar has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more. AMENITIES: The focal point is the heated, waterfront pool overlooking Biscayne Bay. The communal pool level also features a gym, outdoor bar, and more. Amenities are open from sunrise to sunset. FREE PARKING: Free, unassigned parking is available for 2 cars. Additional parking is not available. Please park all oversized vehicles on the first floor. WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, steamer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 1 queen-sized air mattress, beach towels, free WiFi (75 Mbps), and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Stair gates provided upon availability. AREA: The approximate unit size is 1,580 square feet. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive use of the entire property. The Neighborhood: North Bay Village Getting Around: We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber. Other Things to Note: Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by your day of check-in. Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property. PARKING: Available paid onsite parking ($10 per night) -One-bedroom reservations are permitted one car for parking. -Two and three-bedroom reservations are allowed for two cars for parking. Interaction with Guests: We believe in personal space. Prior to your arrival, your unit will be professionally cleaned and your self guided check in process ensures easy arrival with no long lines. communication was great throughout stay. host kept in contact and checked on us throughout stay. Air bnb was clean and had everything you could need during stay. the location was quiet and very convenient to Miami. everything was less than 10miles away. I had a wonderful stay and zerooooo complaints . Definitely would recommend and will stay again !

Wow the view at this location is absolutely breathtaking. My family enjoyed every moment of our stay. Everything we could have needed and then some was readily available from extra towels, bedding, tissue, utensils, etc. The space was very clean, and did I mention how amazing the view is??? Can't wait to come back!

The property was as pictured. The king bedroom was small, so we used the loft w/2 queen beds and were very happy. Great for 2 people. The loft bath was great, though the shower was a bit slippery with no hand holds. The loft was open to the living room below with curtains for privacy, but not terribly practical if sharing with another couple. There were tons of towels. Loved the view and balcony which had partial shade most of the day, making it very comfortable to sit out. Great neighborhood for walking the dog. Our only problem was with the check-in. We arrived at about 6:30 PM and there was no one there. We only got into the building when someone let someone else in. There was a number to call at the front desk which took 2 tries to get a real person. We should have been told to look for an email before arrival. We were on the road for 2 days and did not check emails. Once we got that straightened out, the instructions for check-in were very clear. Overall, loved the place and would stay there again.

On first sight, this property was all we could ask for - spacious, well equipped, beautiful view, wonderful location.
However, on closer inspection, the floors were filthy (including dark hair in both bathrooms). Walking anywhere barefoot resulted in extremely dirty feet - even just out of the shower. Walking to the bedroom required a second washing of feet. Made us concerned about the level of cleanliness in the rest of the unit.
The parking garage consists of two levels. The lower level is supposed to be the easiest to access, but driving into either level was treacherous. The ramp is extremely narrow and angles to the left. One could see where many cars had scraped against the wall trying to navigate up or down. Unfortunately, even with very careful navigation, we too scraped the wall. On our last night, we were forced to use the second floor of the parking garage, as our designated spot was occupied. We managed to get up that ramp, and parked. The next morning, we discovered raw sewage dripping onto our car. Upon inspection, the pipe appeared to have been leaking for quite some time - something we missed in the dark.
Would we return? Absolutely not.

Don’t stay here!!!!
From the pics you’ll think this property is great ! No!!! Don’t be fooled ! I travel all the time and have never been treated so bad . The lobby in the pics is not what you walk into . There was a family in lobby waiting for maintenance to do patch work in their room . I couldn’t check in on time because Nathaniel was upstairs helping maintenance. So I was told by some lady to go wait in the exercise room an Nathaniel will come get us . Check in was at 4 pm my flight was a little late so I got to the hotel at 4:05 . Waiting 15 mins then he came . He walked us to our room the ladies was still in the process of cleaning our room 😒�.. So they left but did a terrible job . The counters sticky with who knows what . The bathroom half cleaned there was tissue still in the trash can . I pulled the sheets back as I do any place I stay hair was in the sheets. So I called Nathaniel told him I can’t stay here it’s not what I expected and it’s not clean an I wasn’t happy and it smelled so bad ! Not sure what that was . All the doors to the balcony said don’t open . Well if I’m staying I would like to go enjoy the view . He called Tonya the manager she was so rude and not helpful at all she wanted to argue . I told her everything that was wrong and she refused to help saying that she’s familiar with the property it’s clean an I can stay elsewhere. She also informed me that if I called corporate it would be here that answered and on the behalf of Sexton property she’s not giving any refunds take it up with vrbo. I was blown away how she handled the entire situation very rude and unprofessional. So I took it upon myself to check in at Fountain Blue where I was treated as a guest and the stay there was amazing!!!Money for me is not an issue but how you treat guest when they arrive is everything. This place needs new management ASAP !

Loved the kitchen
Being in the corner unit, the balcony is a little different, but overall a wonderful view and a peaceful stay! I liked being in the kitchen and seeing the water while I cook and being able to enjoy my friends and family. It was bigger than the pictures give it credit and I had a wonderful time for my birthday dinner at Benihanas. You can't leave without trying it!

Most relaxing vacation I've ever experienced
We arrived on Tuesday, September 24. The directions were accurate and the condo was easy to find. When we entered the condo, we were blown away. The condo was amazingly clean, and the view from every room was absolutely stunning. The first thing we did was put our luggage away and sit out on the living room balcony. The time on the balcony was almost surreal. We had coffee and breakfast every morning on the balcony. We stayed for seven days and six nights. I have a very stressful job and this was exactly what the doctor ordered. The unit was well stocked. One evening we arrived back at the condo around 8:30 pm and I had forgot the code to enter the garage. We called the number we were given by management and I was pleasantly surprised that someone actually answered the phone that late. They texted me the code tight away. I will definitely return.

This property was located in the middle of everything. Very clean. Staff was very welcoming. We did have a little problem with the lock not opening. Got it solved quickly. Very spacious. Views were amazing. Definitely would stay here again.

Magnificent Views
Tranquility in the middle of urban life, cozy getaway with our teens. We had an A/C issue but it was resolved quickly. Management was very responsive.

Perfect vacation
Came for vacations with my friends, we live in Istambul and wanted to enjoy Miami. Apartment is nice with 2 floors and big bathrooms. Sofa was very comfortable and good for sleeping too.
