This is one of our favorite places to stay at Madeira Beach! Easy beach access, short walk to restaurants, local bars and shopping! The unit is fully furnished with everything you need and communication is quick!! Feels like you’re living at the beach! Love, love, love it!!

Had a great trip for the week with close access to the beach and John’s Pass. Place was well stocked and decorated and hosts were very friendly, communicative and responsive to needs. On site laundry was handy and AC unit was top notch in sweltering heat. Would definitely recommend and use again ourselves!

This is a delightful home, in the most perfect location. It is literally steps to the boardwalk, directly onto the beach…No road to cross, no traffic with which to compete. The sand is white and powdery, and the beach is never too crowded. The house comes with an assortment of beach gear: chairs, towels, beach mats, toys, boogie boards, floats, wagon, etc. The charming decor is just as pictured! Our party was 2 adults and 4 teens (13-16), and we slept comfortably. There is one king bed in the main bedroom and 2 queen beds in the secondary bedroom. The sectional couch comfortably sleeps 2, so each teen had their own sleeping space. I think any more would have been too crowded. However, there are air mattresses available in the closet if needed. This unit is upstairs, and the balcony is fantastic. It is spacious, well furnished, and a great place to relax, eat breakfast, play games, etc. John’s Pass is within walking distance, right across the street, so food & shopping is not far. We did not rent a car, but if you do, make sure you park in the driveway rather than the parking lot next door. We were adequately warned. Blake was quick to respond to any questions or concerns, which I appreciated. We are Pass-a-Grill regulars, but are very glad we ventured out and stayed on Mad Beach this time! I would definitely rent this unit again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this place and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

Blake was very friendly and had great local tips. Within walking distance of Johns bay and great access to beach. We enjoyed our stay and will go back again. I would recommend this place.

Rental exactly as pictured. Beautiful accommodations and Blake certainly goes the extra mile to provide a few snacks, a couple bottles of water and nice toiletries which is way beyond most VRBOs. One word of caution, you have to park in the driveway not the parking spots on the side as these are for public parking and you will end up w a $60 ticket like I did. Also, the main road it’s next too is pretty noisy at night so if road noise bothers you bring your noise maker like we did as you will need it! Plenty of beach accessories and Blake was very responsive to the few questions we had.

House was very nice and clean. The pictures were spot on. Blake was an excellent host. Provided enough accessories for my family. Location is excellent. Beach was right there. And shop and restaurants are short 2 minute walk. Definitely will stay there again.

The beach house is exactly how it is shown in the pictures and has all of the necessary items to have a good time with your family! The proximity to the beach and John's Pass restaurants and shops is amazing and you wont even need a vehicle to be able to experience all this area has to offer.

Wonderful time staying at the property. Close to the beach (public beach accesses very close) and shops/restaurants. Easy to communicate with the owner. Ate in a few meals in the well stocked kitchen. There is a bit of road noise (to be expected given its great location) so be prepared for that. Thanks again!

Property is just how it is listed. Very clean and inviting. Excellent location, steps to the beach, walking distance to John's pass. The cart that we were allowed to use to schlep all our belongings to the beach was so helpful. People kept stopping us asking where we bought the cart! Owner was also very accommodating as I had 2 family members visit and he was kind enough to move his car so that we can use the driveway. We truly appreciated it and had an amazing vacation. Thanks so much Blake for being such a wonderful host! You deserve 10 stars! :-)

Our stay at this property was great! The house is steps from the beach, provides plenty of beach chairs, fun games, shade, and even a wagon to haul it all. Although it wasn't used on this trip, the kitchen seemed to be fully stocked with necessary cooking utensils, cutlery, and dishes. Plenty of seating and entertainment areas both inside and out - including a fire pit and outdoor patio. Check-in/out was easy and host was communicative.

This was a super cute space minutes from John’s Pass. It was nice to not have to worry about finding parking if we wanted to head over there because we could just walk. Blake was very accommodating of us and understanding of our anxious dog. We definitely enjoyed our stay here!

Great property and host. Before booking I looked at what felt like a million hotels/vrbos between Clearwater and St. Pete. I'm so happy I chose this place. Pictures show it perfectly. Plenty of stuff to bring with you to the beach. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, shopping, activities like parasailing etc. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 5 nights, everything as advertised, no exaggerations on any reviews. Blake and Brian were always quick to respond, especially Blake, being right there. Everything was very nicely decorated, like a high end hotel with the welcoming basket, soaps and shampoo and coffee. 5 minute walk to the beach as well as John's Pass and short drive to other restaurants outside John's Pass, so perfect location. Very happy with our stay and would certainly stay there again.

Our family of 6 just stayed at this property! Location was just a short walk down to the beach and a 2 minute walk from John’s Pass. Quick driving distance to other areas as well. Had everything we needed for our stay. Host was very accommodating to our late check out request and easy to work with! Overall a great experience!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at this vacation rental. It was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation. I especially enjoyed sitting on the elevated back patio in the morning and sitting by the fire pit in the front in the evening listening to music from the from across the street on Friday nights. This rental also has a great washer and dryer which was appreciated! They provided big plush beach towels, beach bag, beach wagon, firewood for the fire pit! This is a great place to stay. Short walk to the beach, and John's Pass.

The home was comfortable and perfect for our family. The walk to the beach was very short as well as the walk to John’s Pass.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Location allowed us to walk to anything and everything- beach being our first priority and just a few steps away. Shops, restaurants, ice cream, 7-11 all just a quick walk. Home was very clean, beautifully appointed and had plenty of "extras" that you don't get most places. For example, quality beach chairs and sunshades, a fully stocked coffee and tea bar, even an abundance of toilet paper/paper towels. I had to reach out several times prior and during our stay and received an almost immediate response. Wonderful customer service. We did exactly what we wanted to do during our little getaway- relaxed and enjoyed family time.

Beautiful little turquoise 2 bdrm/3bed home steps away from the beach. Well appointed with cooking and kitchen supplies, towels, etc. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely condo, very clean and beautiful decor. Location steps from the beach was excellent. Unfortunately pets aren’t allowed on the beach and traffic in the area is terrible, but it’s the high season and I suppose to be expected.

We have stayed in many different places in Treasure Island and Madeira Beach and this one was by far the best one! The property has a great feel and the owners have gone above and beyond to make it feel like your home at the beach. Many rentals provide only the bare minimum of supplies when you arrive--maybe one small soap for the bathroom and a couple cheap coffee packets, but not this property! We were pleasantly surprised to find the hosts had provided: designer soaps, plenty of bath and beach towels, gourmet coffee/espresso machine with coffee included, and great beach chairs, sun shades and a wagon to carry everything. We will definitely make this our go-to return spot when he head back to St. Pete! Thank you!

The property is as advertised. The location can't be beat. You are less than a 5 minute walk to John's Pass and just around the corner from multiple beach access points with no major roads to cross. The house is excellent. Great amenities with everything you need for your stay. No need to bring anything for the beach. There is a supply of high end beach chairs and towels as well as coolers available. We will definitely stay here again. Blake and Brian were very easy to work with in renting and answering any questions. One of them will also be there to greet you on arrival, give you a tour of the house, and make sure you have everything you need.

This place was exactly what my family needed! Steps from the beach with the most magical sunsets and a short walk to the boardwalk with tons of shops and food. If you have the opportunity to stay here I would highly recommend it!

5 stars from beginning to end, sounds flowery but it acceded our expectations, the reviews I read were accurate. I am familiar with the location, 1/2 block from the beach and John's Pass is across the street, took a sunset cruise from there. The pictures were spot on, think of a B&B episode on Netflix. Great A/C and Wifi.
