Villa Princessa can accommodate up to 20 guests and has 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms + multiple sleeper sofas. The first-floor has a queen bedroom which is ideal for anyone who doesn't want to climb stairs. This bedroom has private access to the front porch where guests can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail in the rocking chairs. The spacious back porch walks right out to the playing field / green space of Camp WaterColor and overlooks a beautiful pond - the perfect place for a peaceful retreat! The second floor has three additional bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom and TV. The first master bedroom has access to the back upstairs screened-in porch and a newly-renovated spa-like bathroom with oversize glass shower, separate soaking tub and dual vanities. The second king master suite also has an en suite bathroom and grants access to the upstairs back porch. The last bedroom on the second floor has two queen beds and a private en suite bathroom. If you choose to rent a golf cart, that will make for one less parking space in the driveway. Guest access Guests will have inclusive access to the new Camp WaterColor facilities! It takes about 2 minutes to walk there from the house, about 6 houses down! The ultra desirable location of this home is amazing! The entire Camp WaterColor establishment is geared towards kids and has: main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant and bar, basketball court, playing field (just off the back porch of the home), and playground! Additionally, guests will have access to the newly expanded + renovated WaterColor Beach Club. It features a huge main pool and lounge area, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf! Other things to note Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved well in advance. Please let us know if you don't wish to have access to Camp Water Color and/or the WaterColor Beach Club. Beginning June 1, 2022, the Watercolor HOA will require all guests 5 years of age and older to wear provided amenity wristbands to access WaterColor amenities such as community pools and the WaterColor Beach area. In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you MUST enter the total number of people in your travel group WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR RESERVATION.  Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here.  Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost.   This house comes with a maximum of 12 wristbands.  Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay Weddings and other similar events not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines. Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays. Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Maximum occupancy is enforced. All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Reservations are fully refundable until 60 days from check-in.
