This beautiful home will sleep 8, and you are welcome to bring a well behaved canine along with the family! With the beautiful township park just steps away, and the strip just a short walk up the street, you will find yourself a peaceful and cozy space to enjoy Lake Erie and GOTL. Peek-a-boo lake views from many areas of the home, a welcoming front porch with swing and chairs, a spacious back yard with deck, fire pit and and yard games! Had a great weekend staying at the Westlake House. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and candy! Everything we needed was supplied and it was very clean. Within 25 minutes of some great wineries. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect walking distant to "down town" Geneva-on-the-Lake or the town park to see the lake! The house has everything you need to make a meal (except the food), enjoy time on the porch or patio, and watch TV. The decor provided a relaxing atmosphere!

We were far enough away from the bustling nightlife scene that we could relax and enjoy the outside spaces of the house without noise issues from others.
The six of us loved the house and all it’s interesting historic features. The sinks in each room were a bonus to save on time getting ready at night or in the morning.
Loved the park that’s just a quick walk East from the house. Beautiful!
We would definitely stay here again!

This house could not be more perfect for a family vacation, couple friend's get-together or a girl's weekend. Seven of us, ages 10 months to 80 years old, gathered for a family weekend and left wishing we could stay longer to further enjoy both the outside and inside areas.
The home is very clean, well appointed, and filled with many extra amenities - who doesn't love an upstairs coffee room?
Jen was marvelous to work with. She promptly responded to all messages and offered great suggestions for various restaurants and activities, including where to rent golf carts in the off-season. We are looking forward to returning to the Westlake House!

Wonderful place for a friends get together over the weekend. Charming and stocked with all the nice little things - plenty of towels, dog treats, variety of appliances, etc. Owner go the extra step and it was great to stay. Location was perfect as well!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully restored home. It has all modern conveniences but kept the historic charm. Great location just a very short walk to the shore of Lake Erie. It was spotlessly clean and a perfect space for our family gathering.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home in Geneva on the Lake! The interior of the home was beautifully decorated and had all of the amenities necessary while traveling. It was within walking distance to the main strip, across the street from the lake and close to the park. We will definitely stay at this property in the future! Thank you to the host!!

This house was awesome! If you are looking for a historic rehab with modern conveniences, this is it! They thought of everything you would want, even fresh flowers. My family loved it and we will be coming back.

Great property! Very clean, well equipped. The floors creek which caused us to wake up when others used the bathroom in the night, that’s not unusual for an old house though. Beautifully renovated. Thanks for a great stay!!

The Westlake House was awesome!
Our family loved the beautiful home and yard. Excellent job on recent remodeling while maintaining the charm of an almost century old boarding house.
The kitchen is stocked with every dish and appliance you can imagine. Bedrooms are spacious & comfortable.
For us, the location was perfect. One block off the main strip of GOTL. Easy access but quieter. Steps away from the park.
We enjoyed our stay so much, we have already booked the Westlake House for next year's vacation.

This house was nice and big and slept all 6 of us comfortably. We enjoyed the fire pit at night. The kitchen was well stocked. It has everything. I loved the front porch swing. You can see the lake and hear the waves.
Jenn was a pleasure to speak to. Very prompt in answering any and all questions I had. She gave great suggestions on what to do and where to eat.
We will be back next year for sure! Thank you for such a great house. I must add the pictures do not do it justice. Perfect location to walk to park and you are on the strip so you are in walking distance to everything.

West Lake House is the BEST lake house!
From the moment we walked in, we felt at home! The decor, the cozy furniture, the special little details found throughout the house, and the amazing location made this such a memorable stay. The family consensus was we need to make staying here an annual event!

The perfect house for a large group!
We enjoyed this house so much! A beautiful yard and porch to enjoy. The location was close to a playground, a park, and all the restaurants were in walking distance. The house was so cozy and well thought out. Thank you so much, we will be back!!

Absolutely Charming!
The house was beautiful,spacious,and clean! Pictures are beautiful but much more beautiful in person! Front porch was our favorite hangout when we were all there together! Kitchen has everything you would ever need. We didn’t do any cooking except in microwave. Very quiet and relaxing mini vacation! We didn’t have time to use back yard patio area . Beds firm and comfy! Tons of quilts and blankets. Plenty of basics like t.p.,paper towels! Honestly can’t think of anything that they could have had/done differently. We decided we are going to make this a yearly tradition but we are going to add an extra night so we can do s’mores and use patio. Strip wasn’t super busy.Beach was wonderful and clean! Ate at Mary’s Diner and Firehouse Winery- both wonderful! Eddie’s Grill was closed so we missed that but we will go next time! Highly recommend this restored gorgeous home!
