Decorated in beach whites and colorful beach-inspired touches, guests will find it easy to relax in this friendly home. Central air-conditioning will help keep everyone comfortable inside, and guests can enjoy relaxing on the screened-in patio featuring a ceiling fan. Visiting dogs can run around in the enclosed backyard! The open kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances, and there's even a prep island and a dishwasher to help with your cooking process. There's room to bring the whole family along to this relaxing home. Guests will have access to the community playground, tennis courts, and basketball courts within the subdivision. Not to mention, the two kayaks with life vests and paddles, four adult bikes with helmets, and a red beach wagon provided will allow everyone to have their own kind of adventure in the sunshine. When it is time to settle in for the night, the smart TV will be perfect for streaming favorite movies and shows before hitting the hay on the Sleep Number mattresses! Things to Know Firewood is not provided. 10 yard chairs are available for guest use in the backyard or around the firepit. The living room sofabed provides an extra sleeping space. Two kayaks, one beach wagon, and four adult bikes are provided for guest use. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Security camera details: Security cameras are installed on the front porch covering the yard and driveway, as well as a doorbell camera, and a camera in the back of the home. They do not record sound and will not record when guests are at the home. However, the owner will receive notifications from ADT if the doors are left open for more than 10 minutes or if a window is shattered. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This home is so nice. It’s a great space, and it’s stocked with everything you could need. It was also very clean which I love:) We loved having the yard for my pup. It was also such a convenient location. Really enjoyed our stay!

My family booked this house for a 5 night vacation. The house is nice and conveniently located between orange beach and Pensacola. Thats pretty much the only good thing about this property. The neighborhood was not the nicest but we didn’t have any issues. When we arrived the house was decently cleaned but the floors were dirty, there were stains on the carpet and some of the furniture, the sheets on the sofa bed were dirty and one arm chair was completely broken. As far as supplies go, the house was not equipped to have seven people stay, let alone nine like the listing says. The house was lacking cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher pods, detergent, garbage bags, and coffee filters for the supplied coffee maker. Our second night staying we noticed a large amount of ants infiltrating the kitchen. The only way to contact the company was by messenger on the app. They eventually sent pest control but by then we had bought ant spray and taken care of it ourselves due to the sheer amount of ants present.
Things to know if you’re thinking of booking here: be prepared to bring or buy all of the supplies mentioned above, do not have more than 6 people stay (not enough beds or furniture), make sure the rental company provides ant spray, be prepared to drive at least 15 minutes to get to any restaurants or beach, if you want to use the grill or fire pit be prepared to buy charcoal and firewood.
This property is a 5.5/10. We really enjoyed this area of Flora-Bama but we will not be back to this property.

This home is spacious, clean, and family friendly. The floor plan is amazing! The bathrooms were well stocked with towels. The home is very CLEAN! There is a wonderful screened porch and a great fenced yard for dogs and kids to run/play. It is in a quiet part of town.

The house was absolutely stunning. When I have rented homes before I had to bring all the dish soaps, paper towels, toilet paper etc. This home had everything available for use. I will definitely go back and next time do a lot less packing. It was super clean. The best part about the home for us was its pet friendly. They even have the dogs bowls supplied for use. The backyard and the screened porch was great. I could just let my dog go out and had no worries. They do supply a large dog pen for when you leave the home. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone going to perdido key. The drive to the beach is not far at all.

The beds are super comfortable and the closed in patio outside is so relaxing. Its really perfect for anyone and their needs. My biggest complaint was that we were not allowed to check in early. We were traveling from Orlando with my elderly mother, and we offered to pay an additional fee to check in early but this was not allowed by any means. If possible, this should be given as an option as most rentals allow this once the home is ready
